Montreal designer. I purchased this at the Toronto One of a Kind Craft Show years ago and never wore it. It’s a gorgeous piece. I’m too tall to wear it as a dress, but thought to use as a hugging tunic to dress up jeans and heals, or just an interesting layering piece to pop on. It’s a stretchy fabric.
