zippers close well, holds the items I need for work. Tomorrow's test will be if it holds the groceries! My previous Jansport I retired today; the zippers were failing, the straps falling apart... so far I love this new one!

Photos and description say pink but it is really purple. Still nice item. Not sure why photos look so very different on-line. Perhaps lighting?
