The tray for the cream and sugar broke during delivery. I was shocked, the cream and sugar were so well wrapped, it was like the gift in a big box, then smaller and smaller. When I got to the bottom of the box where the tray was wrapped, before I even picked it up, I could feel pieces moving around. I gently picked it up and unwrapped the paper. The tray had snapped in half and 3 large pieces splintered off the side of it. The cream and sugar are absolutely beautiful and sparkle. I love them. I was bummed about the tray but I really thought the base was wrapped well enough. But if they were playing basketball or soccer with the box, then I understand why it broke. I don’t feel it was your fault. Thank you Linda
