angeldnaHi Jodi, I have a posh question and being a suggested user, maybe you can help! Another posher had 'liked' 5 items so I told her with her purchase I would throw in the other 4. After packing it up, it weighed 6.5 pounds. What would u do? I don't really feel comfortable asking for more for shipping, as it was my doing. The sale wasn't that big, so paying another $7.95 for the extra weight would be cost effective. Any other options you know of? Ugh any help would be appreciated! Thank you, Denise

hottpepper@angeldna oh boy, I'm not sure that there is any easy way to solve it outside of eating the additional cost or, eating crow and asking your buyer for a little more for the bundle due to the weight πŸ˜•. I wish I could be more help, I don know I've had similar situations and have just payed it and chalked it up to lessons learned 😁

angeldnaDidn't finish lol. I just received a coach bag that is definitely not authentic. I bought many things in the past but this is the first one I was not happy with. Do you approach the seller first or do you go straight through the posh app? I don't want to hurt her name in anyway but it seems the only way to get a refund and a shipping label is through posh Mark. Thank you!

hottpepper@angeldna Hi Denise, no I do not hate you!!! Ultimately you have to go through Poshmark to receive a refund, the seller has no control over issuing one or not. If you are certain it is not authentic I wouldn't hesitate to comment to the seller and let her know - or ask if she knew and also let her know that you plan on contacting posh.
