@cassie_coco_101 hi love. If you make an offer and the seller accepts, payment will be processed. You have to have a card on file or else it will say there was a payment issue and seller won't ship until that's settled. Otherwise, if all goes smoothly you have 3 days from the time of purchase to make sure the item is as described etc and that will release payment to the seller. After 3 days and if you haven't accepted the item yet, payment is automatically released.

@cassie_coco_101 Yeah, also don't make lowball offers unless the seller says somewhere in their listing/closet that all offers are accepted even if it's $3 lol. A lot of sellers get offended, especially with designer/brand name and such. If your offer is more then 50% from their asking price they might not accept and block you. Haha just trying to inform you on all the things I've seen go on on here lol.

Making pictures as clear as possible. If you can't model something, make sure to mention all the details of that item. Networking is a must! Use every tool that you possibly can.

@peedy1 Hi 😊 I'm doing exceptionally well on Poshmark, thank God! I actually started off on Ebay, I was doing pretty great there too but the problem was that my store wasn't getting much exposure after sometime. And the fees just kept adding up. When I began selling here, I was still on Ebay lol super afraid to start something new.

@peedy1 I started by selling my own preloved clothes and then I moved on to selling Forever 21 clothing. I would go to Forever 21 and look for sale items that weren't torn, or defected nd purchase in bulk. Then I began doing some more research on Poshmark, etc and I've very blessed to say the least.

@peedy1 The more unique you make your closet, the more buyers you'll have. I'm constantly thinking of ways to make my closet stand out from the rest. And I say I've been doing pretty great. I plan to move on from Poshmark though, just using it as a stepping stone at the moment. My plan isn't to stay here because it'll eventually be even more competitive then it is now.

@peedy1 How's it going for you? It's totally fine. I get asked quite frequently haha. I'm happy to share. This is my full time job at the moment. As I state in this listing, I'm really happy it worked out because I can help my husband out, who by the way, has been super supportive. I package and he ships everything out on his way to work and he's currently my accountant lol. He's an electrician 😉😊 and I have been able to watch my 2 year grow from the day she was born up-to-date! Super grateful💕💕

It's a great thing and I'm glad she's so confident and secure but makes me sad at the same time because she needs me less and less lol so it's bitter sweet 💕😢😊

@basistyle Yes! I say just start. You will never know how far you'll go if you don't just start. Start with something small and work your way up. I started on Ebay selling my personal pieces. And then I went beyond that because I really just enjoy styling other people and a lot of people love how I dress so I figured why not?

It's a lot of hard work and some days are easier than others but all good things take time and if you really love what you're doing then you'll never feel like you're working single day in your life. The way I do that is by making a listing of $3 because it's the lowest I can go in order for Poshmark to generate a label.
