ktscbk@birdlands Hello, I wanted to apologize for your experience purchasing from me. The shipping date was my mistake, I was out of town for a few days and should have alerted you to that fact. As for the condition of the clogs, I only wore them once, not even a full day. They were shipped to me in that box, with a thin piece of tissue paper, nearly identical to how I sent them to you. I hope you are able to buff the toes and enjoy wearing your new clogs. Thanks again.
