rare_box On July 28 there was a package delivered to you with the gardener we gave it four stars August 1 it was another package delivered to you you gave it five stars and I received the package stating that you received the wrong item? I’m very confused here

alibastard @rare_box what happened is I ordered the vegan leather bra & the bow garter belt. It said that the bra shipped but it was actually the garter belt instead. I was/ am unsure how to let you know about the error so you don’t accidentally send two of the same thing and waste your time and money.

alibastard @rare_box ok I wasn’t aware that I should contact you via your email. I left a note w my acknowledgment of receipt bc I did receive a package and wanted to be sure that was noted , the only issue is that it was simply mislabeled. I had two items that I ordered.

alibastard @rare_box I didn’t know how to let you know that I had received one item and not the other and in my trying to sort that out I think I marked the other package as delivered. The package that was tracked was the one that had the garter not the bra like it was stated.

I will certainly not be purchasing anything from you or your shop again and I’ll be changing my ratings to reflect your extremely rude attack on me for attempting to fix an order mishap.
