2/$10 Maternity Ruffle Skirt

Great skirt for the office or going out to dinner. Labled as XS but fits more like a small (see pictures with measurements to confirm). The bottom part of the skirt is strechy as well so it is very comfortable. In excellent used condition. I wore it with the gray shirt with the bow and it made a cute outfit.
