100% silk, ultra feminine bubble dress. It has pleats on both the front and the back and has a flower detail on top right. It looks fantastic on, especially when worn belted, as shown in the pictures. Perfect to wear to a wedding or semi-formal party! Very classy!!! I have never worn this so it is in pristine condition.
