styleluxe4less Oh, that is SO frustrating! I inspected both of those shirts when I took them out of my closet and they were fine. I use one of those folding genies and those were the first two items I folded, so there must have been something on that. That's the only thing that would make sense. I'm so sorry about that. The good news is it should come out in the wash since it just got on there 2 days ago when I boxed the items. What else would you like from my closet?

styleluxe4less @jessica_2343 Now that you've contacted support we have to resolve the issue the way they tell us to. Which means you have to submit pictures and then they send them to me, blah, blah, blah. I've sold over 300 items and only had 1 item returned. It wasn't sold in a bundle, and that was a year and a half ago, so I'm not really sure how they take care of this now. Don't wear any of the other items you purchased yet, because you may be returning all of them, and some were New with Tags.

jessica_2343 @styleluxe4less actually, this happened to me no long ago. I cod t get the seller to reaping (if was days. I contacted PM, however we resolved the issue amongst ourselves. I then emailed PM they lifted the hold within minutes

jessica_2343 @styleluxe4less I hope it comes out, I think my husband was more disappointed than I was!! I'm not sure what it is, but it came off on my finger when I rubbed it. I receive a few boxes that day and one of them the end was slightly open. I wonder if they fell out during transit and got stepped on. If so not your fault.
