received as a gift in '06 this skirt has been in storage until now. Cream colored satin w/ white tulle overlay, elasticized waistband decorated with floral designs. slight discoloration and spotting from long period of storage, as well as a slight snag in tulle near waistband. all only noticeable under close inspection.
