calimom I love these. I'm a true 7 but I've heard some say if you put "pads" in your shoes, you may be able to wear a half size larger. What is your opinion?

artiffact @calimom I'm a 7-7.5 with a narrow foot and I would say these fit more small than large. I think they will be fine. If it is big the pads do work well.
