carriek @biancajett I drink TONS of water!!!! Also I eat a lot of healthy choice/ lean cuisine meals and Special K products. I am by no means starving or unhappy. I live in Louisiana so passing up good food is hard and I believe diets are harder if you deprive yourself as opposed to eatting what you want in moderation then making sure you stay on track for the rest of the week
