brandnames4less @luckymama the bust measures 33 inches and the lining is polyester. Do u normally take a size 2 in Milly? This dress is beyond cute!! I so wish I could fit into it!!!! Not sure what to tell u as far as fitting your boobs??? Suppose u could always have it let out if u needed to...or because of this style dress u can wear a minimizer bra and it won't show.... Let me know what u decide. Happy thanksgiving
