steponmeeeee @rasha88 picture #3 (on the left)- there are 3 holes you can use to adjust the length of the bag-it is located on both sides of the bag; so you can adjust on one side of the strap or both. In the picture, the bag is set in the middle hole on both sides (that was the original length when I bought it)-you can either lengthen the strap or shorten it.
