katjo@atorres Awwh sweetie thank you!❤😘

Feb 03Reply

atorresAny tips on how to make sales? I just started so I'm a little anxious :( but busy people like you who take time out to help a newbie like me really motivates me!

Feb 03Reply

katjo@atorres Well first off welcome to Poshmark! My best tips-work on building up your followers as the more followers you have the more people see your items. Share as often as possible, attend the parties to share your items, it's a great way for more people to see your closet. Most importantly..have fun! 😃

Feb 03Reply

atorresThank you!

Feb 03Reply

katjo@atorres You're welcome sweetie..anytime!😃

Feb 03Reply

alaskagemThis is an awesome site. I found it by just looking around at shoes. Pleas check out my closet I have a authentic limited edition Coach Jacket for sale !! Absolutely beautiful , Thank you Blessing

Feb 04Reply

bethaniehorneThank you! @katjo for sharing my stuff! I'm new to this site and not to sure as to how this whole thing works. 😀

Feb 09Reply

katjo@bethaniehorne You're welcome😃

Feb 09Reply

bethaniehorne@katjo sorry to bother you but can you tell me a little about how the parties work? Like how do I add something to a party? Lol I can't seem to figure it out.

Feb 09Reply

katjo@bethaniehorne What is a Posh Party? Posh Parties real time shopping events where fashion lovers (like you!) meet up in the Poshmark app to shop, share, and sell clothing and accessories. Attend from the comfort of your home or wherever you may be. Poshmark hosts themed Posh Parties featuring bloggers, boutique owners, and other amazing fashion lovers across the country. At these Posh Parties, you get to shop their closet! How great is that? Check out the list of upcoming Posh Parties from the ‘Parties’ tab in the Poshmark app. You can add items from your closet to any Party by using the Share button next to your items. When the party is on, it will give you an option to share to that party.

Feb 09Reply

bethaniehorne@katjo ok thank you! Ok so when I've joined a party and its going on is when I can hit my share button and add my stuff to that party. Got thanks! :)

Feb 09Reply

katjo@bethaniehorne You got it sweetie!👍😃

Feb 09Reply

the__style__hubThank you!! The item was true to the posting. I received it quickly!!! Great!!

Feb 10Reply

katjo@crichards No sweetie I've never had a problem. Try sending them a tweet on Twitter or message Poshmark on fb. They are a very small staff so I would also email them again with the order number of the item you weren't paid for.

Feb 12Reply

katjo@crichards You're welcome😃

Feb 12Reply

rondajorgensonKathy u have by far the nicest photos and notes on your closet, beautifully done! I am new to Poshmark and trying to learn all the ins & outs, would u possibly share with me how u were able to import ur photos into the sell setting and how u create notes to facilitate communication? My email is ronda.jorgenson@gmail.com if u would prefer to communicate via email. I truly appreciate any assistance u may b able to share. Thank you dearly!!!😊

Feb 13Reply

katjo@rondajorgenson Thank you so much and welcome to Poshmark! If you read through my welcome to my closet board most of your questions are answered there👍Another good place is under account settings Frequently asked Questions. @styleluxe4less has a few very informative listings for new Poshers as well as videos. You will find the link in her closet. Thank you again for the kind words and Happy Poshing!😃

Feb 18Reply

renagade3xUhm, price is correct? Lol

Feb 18Reply

katjo@renagade3x Yes, it's on sale..lol! Seriously, in any listing that is not for sale you put a high price so no one clicks the buy now button.😃

Feb 18Reply

travelinggirl68@katjo hi! I love that you make yourself available for questions, and that you share when others have shared your items...can't say that about others like you (with your number of followers)! Thank you!! 😍😘💖💐btw-how does a persons' items get picked for 'host picks' during parties? 😉

Feb 19Reply

katjo@travelinggirl68 You're welcome. I try to keep up with all the shares as I know how difficult it is especially for people just starting out. As far as host pick items it is the host choice what they choose to be amongst their host picks. Happy Poshing!😃

Feb 19Reply

Feb 25Reply

emiinaHi I don't know who to turn to and every time I write to you you always answer .. Thank you for that .. I have a little situation going on I keep writing email to poshmark but they always send email back saying they will gice response in 24-48 and that never happens . I am trying to transfer money from my account into direct deposit.. Every time I enter my info it says its wrong but its not .. I checked and called back everything that I type in its correct .. But for some reason it's not working .. Now is there any way if getting my redeem balance ordered as on check .?

Feb 27Reply

katjo@emiina Hi sweetie. I'm not certain why your direct deposit isn't going through and I'm sorry you haven't received any answers yet. Poshmark is a very small staff so it sometimes takes awhile. I will suggest sending them a message through tweeter and fb. They monitored that pretty frequently and you may get a quicker response. I hope this helps. Have a great day and Happy Poshing!😃

Feb 27Reply

rolaz@ludazaiter check this closet really cute stuff ❤

Mar 03Reply

katjo@steph90c Sweetie I don't think you need to end your giveaway, I think your zest to sell is admirable, but mass tags are not liked by most people because they clog up their newsfeed, that one was particularly long😱!! Just sharing to the general newsfeed is the best way to get your message out. Have a great day and Happy Poshing!😃

Mar 03Reply

eila❤thanks for sharing! It helps me!!!

Mar 04Reply

katjo@eila You're welcome😃

Mar 04Reply

jayeneradHi, I must say you are so annoying posting you picture/logo with your contact info. letting me know about some sale. I have warned you over and over not leave your silly stuff on my "NEWS" page. I am warning you and I have reported you to Poshmark. I am fed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mar 06Reply

katjo👆👆New account with no listings! Hmmm obviously a fake account used to leave unjust comments! I've never spoke to this person nor have I ever posted my contact info..lol! I also never had a sale! I think my long list of positive Feedbacks speak for themselves on whom needs to be reported.😉

Mar 06Reply

ccargo@katjo You have had nothing but positive....glowing actually....feedback. Don't let this one person get you down. Especially one you've not interacted with before! ❤❤

Mar 06Reply

Mar 06Reply

travelinggirl68@katjo hi!! I am asking this question of you because #1, you're so nice to respond and #2, you're a suggested user! I would like to know if Poshmark would ever consider doing a party for just plus size? Is there someone you could ask or relay me to? 😊😘👍

Mar 15Reply

katjo@travelinggirl68 Hi sweetie and thank you for the kind words. I think that is a fabulous idea and I will pass your suggestion on to staff right now.👍😃

Mar 15Reply

Mar 19Reply

salraeOpened my package today, it was like getting gifts for my birthday, thanks for taking the time to wrap them. The Berks I bought for my mother- in- law and I know she is going to be so happy. You are one of my top sellers on Posh, I can not give you 5 stars because you deserve at least 10. Thanks and I will be back. Shirley

Mar 30Reply

tiatia826@katjo Although I've known Kathy through mutual sharing of items and mutual PM buddies, this was the first time I had ever purchased from her closet. What an incredible experience!! I purchased a beautiful pink cashmere cardi that she was selling at a price that you would think only comes in the land of unicorns and fairies. In other words, an unbelievably low price. Kathy was a joy to purchase from. Extremely kind and funny , and willing to answer all of my questions quickly and honestly. She shipped my sweater the day I purchased it, and I received it two days later! Incredibly fast shipping! Opening this package was like opening a gift. Beautiful wrapping tissue and ribbon encased my sweater, a smaller package, and a card on top. The card was so sweet, and she informed me that she had thrown in a gift for me that she thought I might like. That gift was a beautiful hat that fit me to a T; something that I would totally pick out for myself. I was so touched by that gift, especially because she had charged so little for the sweater. Then came the unwrapping of the sweater, and let me tell you, it was perfection! There was absolutely no pilling, it was in perfect condition, exactly as described, and it looked brand new! There are reasons that Kathy was chosen as a Suggested User, and I've mentioned several of them in this (looong) post. She is one of the best people I have met on PM, and this was definitely one of the best buying experiences I have had. I will be back to purchase more from her in the future! Wonderful lady, more than fair pricing, exceptionally well kept clothing...the list goes on and on. Yup, I'll be back for sure! Thanks Kathy!! And sorry for the long post ladies, but I felt like I really had to go into detail regarding this transaction. It was perfect from start to finish! No drama, no hassles, a truly pleasurable buying experience, and that's becoming more and more rare these days. Loved it! :-)

Apr 24Reply

katjo@brookee79 Hi sweetie, thank you and welcome to Poshmark😃 whenever you share a listing it will automatically move to the top of your closet, so the last item you share will be first in your closet. If for example you want all your sold items at the bottom of your closet you have to share the sold items first then all the available items to push the sold listings to the bottom. Hope that helps you out and Happy Poshing!😃

dilsarvI have a selling question... I sold a pair of boots to a posher that only has 1 follower (me) and is following under 50. I asked her a question about her purchase told her I would wait for her

Feb 19Reply

dilsarvOops sorry. Hit send too soon. So I haven't heard back from her but I'd like to send them out. Is it possible it was a mistake purchase? Should I just send the purchase and hope she confirms she received?

Feb 19Reply

katjo@dilsarv Hi😃I read the listing on the boots and I would wait to see if you get a response and that she still wants them after pointing out the spot on them. I've had many sales from members with no listings so I don't think it's an accidental purchase as there are a few prompts before purchasing to make sure they really want to purchase. I would be more concern that she isn't aware of the spot on them and wouldn't accept them so just sending them you risk getting them sent back. I suggest sending an email to Support@poshmark.com with a screenshot of the order number and ask them if they will contact her and ask her to check her comments about the boots.

dilsarvThank you so much for your quick response to my question. I am so grateful you took the time to help me. I did follow your advice and am anxiously waiting to hear from the purchaser. I feel so bad that I can't get them right out. I don't think she'll mind the faded spot but I need to be sure. Thank you again 😊
