hislove4you@manish Manish, is there any way I can communicate with you to possibly get your help to resolve a very big, upsetting issue I am having with Posh? It's my only platform and I've been a loyal, honest seller for 7 years. 5 Star solid rating, Ambassador II, never an issue, and I have always loved Posh. I'd appreciate it more than you know. Thank you 💕 Deb

parryblade@manish Thanks Mr. Chandra for sharing and liking my listings and moreover making my day start and end with this unique app- Poshmark. Though nothing in my closet has sold so far, I am still quite excited about the innovative concept of Poshmark. However, it has a lot of room for improvements in terms if it's user friendliness. Now that being said, I am still a big fan of Poshmark and I like spending time and play around with my closet. I wish you and your team all the best.

iamacreative@manish Congrats on the great press for PM on TechCrunch today. You guys are rocking this marketplace in such a short period of time, impressive. Cheers! 🍸🎉

Dec 04Reply

manishThanks @iamacreative! We owe it all to our amazing community. We continue to make progress towards our goal of getting every woman's closet online with Poshmark.

Dec 04Reply

katjoHi Manish. I have a suggestion for party themes. Colors. For example Ying Yang party, everything black and white. Purple Passion Party (say that fast 3 times..lol) everything purple. Ocean Blue party, everything blue. Many people have favorite colors and I think it be fun to see color parties and this also gives people an opportunity to shop for things in their favorite color or perhaps they are looking for something in a certain color and this would certainly narrow the search. I hope you like my suggestion and as always...I love Poshmark!!! :)

Dec 12Reply

katjoPs: My goal is to become a suggested user here as I have made Poshmark my full time job. I enjoy helping people as much as selling as you can see by the feedbacks on my feedback board that's in my closet. I have many ideas and look forward to a very long and prosperous future here at Poshmark. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to use my creativity in designing my listings as well as opening up endless possibilities in design and layout...brilliant! 😃

Dec 13Reply

manish@katjo thanks for all the suggestions. Color parties do sound like fun. I have passed it on to the right team as well as your goal of becoming a suggested user.

Dec 13Reply

katjoThank you! I'am thrilled that you liked my suggestions and I feel strongly that color themed parties would be successful and an asset to buyers and sellers alike, a unique aspect for a party theme. I greatly appreciate your quick response and passing my suggestion on to the right team as well as my goal in becoming a suggested user (huge smile)😃😉😜!!! I hope to see color parties in the near future, it certainly will open a lot of doors for new party ideas and a great avenue for shopping/selling for specific colors. Thank you so much for your time.

Jan 07Reply

katjoHi Manish. Just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for making me a suggested user! I'm so excited and proud to be added to the list. It was a goal I strived for since I started here and I'm thrilled to have achieved it! ((Hugs))😃

Jan 09Reply

Jan 10Reply

natalie12Are you the founder of poshmark? Do you offer job opportunities behind the scene? Delgadillonatalie11@yahoo.com if I may be further informed, thank you.

Jan 17Reply

natalie12Also I gave my account code to a few friends, but only got the $5 credit once, and it does not say anything about limiting 1 credit it actually says 10! Is this suppose to happen, if not could it be corrected please?

Jan 17Reply

katjoHi Manish. I have a few suggestions from myself and other members. It would be very helpful if we could filter our conversations, share and likes. Often times conversations get lost in the newsfeed. I have to scroll thru 1000 news to find conversation remarks every morning. It also would be awesome to have pmail where you could privately send conversation to someone rather than only in a persons listing. I know it's not easy to make these changes but I do think it be a beneficial addition to this app. I'm amazed and very excited at the fast pace Pm is growing..it's astounding!!! When there is a party now when everyone can share anything the server really bogs down, I'm certain your aware of that and I understand work is in progress for a stronger server. I thank you for your time and hope my suggestions come to fruition. Have a wonderful weekend!😃

Jan 19Reply

manish@katjo all great suggestions. We are growing very rapidly and we are building the tools to help our users. We have quadrupled our server capacity but need to do much more. Thanks for your support as we scale Poshmark to help our growing community.

Jan 19Reply

Jan 28Reply

katjoHi Manish. I just sent this email to Support but I also want you to have a copy. From : @katjo Hi. I'm writing you in an effort to get you to change your advice on shipping. Telling people to just drop their packages in the box or give to mailman is bad advice. My sister ccargo mailed 5 packages at the post office, took them up to the counter. All the items were delivered except one, a purse and wallet valued at $525! She sold it for $150 on Poshmark. She took the tracking number to the post office today and they told her that box was never scanned!!!! Can't track a box that wasn't scanned. The postmaster told her there was nothing they can do as there is no proof of the package being brought there! She is so upset and sick about this understandably. I have done some research and apparently this happens quite often. Not everyone is honest, not even postal workers! I besiege you to change your tip on shipping packages to not say just drop them in the mail or have mailman pick up, especially on higher end items. The box should be taken into the post office and scanned in front of you and you should get a scanning receipt. If they refuse then take your package elsewhere. This was an unfortunate hard lesson learned for her and I feel partially responsible as I talked her into Poshing and didn't know enough to advice her to get a scanning receipt. I followed your guideline and now she's out $150 sale and lost a $525 purse. Please advice everyone..get a scanning receipt. Thank you Kathy (Katjo) Sent from my iPhone

Jan 31Reply

manishHi @katjo, this is a great idea. I have asked the team to add this to the FAQ. @lyann @ashleedawn

Feb 02Reply

katjo@manish Thank you! I look forward to seeing that revision.👍👏😃

Feb 02Reply

katjo@ashleedawn Thank you!! I will watch for the email and have notified my sister to look for an email from Poshmark soon. I will be very happy to see this revision in the Frequently asked Questions. I would hate to see this happen to anyone else, such an unfortunate hard lesson learned.😢

Feb 05Reply

katjo@manish @ashleedawn @lyann Hi! I've noticed a few other suggested users have hosted parties, I'm quite interested in hosting one. Can you put me on the list to host one or let me know what I need to do to qualify as a party host? Thank you😃

Feb 11Reply

katjo@manish @lyann Hello. Here is a good tip for all Poshers you might consider adding to your F&Q. USPS has an iPhone app. You can order boxes from it, schedule pickups and the best part is you can scan and track your shipments right from your iPhone! You use your iPhone to scan the tracking code, it puts it in the tracking section of the app, you can name it-for example I put the poshers user name to the tracking number then you can just click tracking where you can see all your shipments as well as track them right from the app. Once shipment is received you can delete that tracking number. It's very easy and so convenient. Much easier then going through all your emails to search a tracking code. With this app all your tracking codes are under one list. I highly suggest people to download the USPS mobile app, especially if they are very active sellers. Try it, you will love it! My tip of the week!👍😉

Feb 14Reply

vxrojas1107@manish Hello! I began using PM a couple of weeks ago and loved the app such that I referred a few friends. Three have signed on using the referral and I only received the credit for one. The two I did not receive credit for are munoz06 and jessrojas. 😟I first emailed your team on March 6 then again on March 7. Although the emails state I would receive a response back in 24-48 hours, I have yet to hear back. Please help! Thank you.

Mar 10Reply

katjoHi Manish. Just wanted to personally thank you and your fabulous tech team for calling me and getting my iPad loading issue fixed. Their diligence in correcting the problem was quite admirable. I'm happy to be Poshing on my iPad again. I'm also thrilled to see the ability to separate the comments in our news feed. This is a huge and convenient improvement, I've wanted that for months and so happy it came to fruition. Bravo! Now I'm hoping in the future to see private messaging available and or the ability to delete comments. As I had mentioned to you in previous post I really think private messaging is imperative and will stop a lot of the people going off app to negotiate when they have the ability to negotiate here within the app. Many times someone will ask for a lower price and the seller will reduce it and the person doesn't buy. You are then stuck with that lower price because the negotiation is in the open comments. I do realize it all takes time and Poshmark is growing leaps and bounds but I do sincerely hope that private messaging is in the plan as for now it's a weakness in the app and pushes people to negotiate off the app. especially for high end items. Thank you for listening and I wanted to also mention Chetan from tech support is awesome, very professional and a pleasure to speak too. Have a wonderful night and Happy Poshing!😉

Mar 14Reply

manishThanks @katjo We will continue to add new features to the platform as we think them through including how to let people better communicate in the app.

Mar 14Reply

Apr 14Reply

jenncall69@manish - Hi, please hire me... I spend half of my time on PM educating new users. I'd like to at least get paid to do it! I L❤VE PM, and certainly understand growing pains; but, if I ignore folks, no one benefits and if I answer questions, it snowballs! And sometimes that's all I do! I spent the last 10+ years in EComm, so I guess I "get it" a little bit more than the average user, but, can ya start growing the infrastructure a little faster, so I can get back to having fun... Or pay me for the free support? 😁

noyesno777Thank you!!!! ❤

Apr 18Reply

mcarr16Hi! I joined the app about a month ago and absolutely love it. Such a great idea. I'm a currently a SAHM but the MBA side of me keeps brainstorming ideas for PM. I thought I'd send your a quick note :) 1. It would be great if users could filter someone's closet the same way we filter searches (Eg. Shoes) 2. If users could sort their search results (price high to low, newest, oldest, etc). 3. If users could search (dresses only, etc), sort (high to low, etc) or refine (size, etc) parties after they are over. 4. If users could create a private "wish list" where PM could notify them if/an item is listed. I'm sure none of these are new ideas to y'all but I thought I'd share my random thoughts :) xoxo

Apr 19Reply

figleaves@manish Hello! I have a quick question...I Recently tried to follow a Suggested User.....went to share their items only to realize I was "BLOCKED"😔. I'm pretty new to PM but I always try to use proper etiquette. I have taken most of my tips from postings and communications with@ashley1985, and @stylelux4less. Is it possible to "Block" someone in error and if so how would I go about getting this matter corrected? Thanks in Advance for your assistance😊😉👍

help_kim@manish ....Manish, This is Kim Hollandsworth and I am reaching out to you to try to clarify the situation. I admit that posting to Kammica Fuller's site was wrong and that I should have used the correct Poshmark channels to resolve the situation. However I have seen that she has continued to communicate with you and provide you with untruths and lies about me and the situation. After the incident, I started to receive emails form psych clinics, the mayo clinic and other websites. As it turns out Kammie Fuller herself is going to the website and sending these to herself and saying that I am sending them to her by inputting my email address. I assume she is forwarding them on to you to discredit me. This is a complete fabrication. I have never had her email address and have never emailed her. She has continued to slander me and speak negatively about me, when I was happy to let it go and continue on. I never used foul language on her site like she did to me and and I only spoke the truth...Again I agree that I acted emotionally and should have elicited Poshmark to help resolve the situation. Currently my account has been deactivated and I am unable to do anything. Can you please shed some light on why this has occurred to me and not to Kammie Fuller as well. I have always operated with the best interest of Poshmark and only want for the continued success of Poshmark. I have replied that I was wrong for my initial emotional outburst and ahve agreed to utilize the tools in place that Poshmark has to offer. I await you response. If you wish to communicate with me via email, it is lottenotte followed by aol.com Best regards, Kim Hollandsworth

svalentine@manish Hello! I absolutely love Posh and I love the new update except I noticed that the share button in people's closets as well as my own is missing now. Now, I have to manually select each listing and scroll down in order to share to parties or just share in general. Please bring the share button back as it it crucial for all Poshers to spread the love!!! :-) thank you!

May 11Reply

svalentine@manish FYI this only concerns iPad users as the share button is visible using a computer and using an iPhone I don't believe it was ever an option unless in the newsfeed. My ultimate wish is for there to be a way to select multiple items to share at once and not piece by piece.🙏😊Thanks for your time! Thanks for creating such a great app & website!

hippy89@manish since PM has exploded and there are Soooo many ppl using it, i would think you could scale back on the commission and do better on shipping, afterall your making major bucks now! Brilliant idea, good luck and thanks!

May 25Reply

katjoHi Manish. I have a suggestion, I would really love to see private messaging and or the ability to delete comments. I think I've asked you about this a few months ago. I know it all takes time and the recent updates have been fabulous! I strongly believe adding these features would be a great asset and improvement to the app. It would curtail drama as well as allow for private negotiations. Many people negotiate offline through email against policy especially for high end items to keep it private, with in app private messaging they wouldn't have to do that. I sincerely hope you consider this in future update. Your tech team is outstanding, I know they can do it!😉 Have a wonderful Memorial weekend, my best to you and all the staff. (((Hugs))) Ps: I love when you click on the check list for shipping it turns into a truck! *easily amused*😜

fashionguru10Hi Manish! Question, can we be suggested users more then once?? Just curious, i was a suggested user a while back, and was wondering if i can be one again? Thanks in advance, Enedy

May 31Reply

manish@fashionguru10 Yes, one can. We are working on a system to match people better across Poshmark!

May 31Reply

fashionguru10Awesome!!! Poshmark is growing so quickly!!! Love it! Thank you for the quick response Manish. Have a great day, you and your great team!! Enedy

May 31Reply

jadedseoul@manish could there be a more fair way of choosing a suggested user? How is it fair to pick the same people repetitively without giving others a chance?

Jun 17Reply

jadedseoul@manish it's discouraging that the same users get shown favoritism and chosen over and over again when you have 100,000+ users who haven't been chosen at all? I've emailed about this and was given the generic response. Yet the suggested users remain the same people. How about giving others of us a chance to increase traffic in our closets too?

Jun 17Reply

noyesno777Goodmorning @Manish! I woke up this morning to see I now have over 10,000 followers! I have only been on this app for 2 months so I feel that is quite an accomplishment and I am beyond thrilled! I also recently earned a couple of "Host Picks". I would love your help to reach my next goal of becoming a Suggested User. I have 100% positive feedback and get many compliments on my closet and items. I have great, honest communication with my buyers and I share items often! I spend a lot of time and energy on Poshmark and would love the opportunity to spend even more! I also have some great suggestions that I feel would bring even more sales to this already amazing business you have going! Please let me know the best place to send them. Thank you for your time and have an amazing day!

Jun 19Reply

robinjThank you for creating such a wonderful app! I am so addicted! I would love to be a suggested user, if you have the time I would love for you take a look at my closet and consider making me a suggested user. Thank you, again this app is awesome!

Jun 26Reply

loveandresell2Hi! I'm so sorry to bother you on your page, but I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED with customer service. I have been trying to get my shipping charges refunded but have gotten nothing but run around and blame. On 5/20 there was an update to the app published. I placed an order on 5/21 and then updated my app. That order was received without delay or further problems. On 6/10 I placed another order. This one was sent to an address that I haven't used since February. It arrived TODAY. I had to wait 16 days because in updating my app, it reverted my address back. Each time that I have written customer service, they evade my request for a refund. This was NOT MY FAULT nor was it the seller's fault as she shipped it immediately. Can you PLEASE HELP ME??? I am ready to shut down my account because of the poor handling of customer service. The other seller has said that she too is ready to close up shop because of this incident. I know that you are not directly involved in any of this, but this type of customer service WILL be the downfall of this app. I hope that you have continued success so I would LOVE TO SEE CUSTOMER SERVICE BECOME A PRIORITY!!!

Jun 26Reply

manish@trimadesirar You should have been contacted by someone in our community team. Thanks.

Jun 27Reply

loveandresell2@manish I was contacted by the community team, but it was them threatening to close my account. When I asked about refunding my shipping, they said they had looked through my emails and could find "no record" of my request to refund shipping. I copied a long string of emails from customer service and replied to them, but haven't heard back. On another note, did you realize that people are selling tazers, air guns, pepper spray and knives on here? I've flagged these and other violations, but haven't seen any of them removed. The tazers and pepper spray are especially disturbing because its illegal to sell them in several states. I asked the community team about these too and haven't received a response. Honestly, at this point I just want my $4.99 back so I can close out my closet. I paid for 2-3 day shipping and I didn't get it. You guys should issue a refund.

Jun 28Reply

kc1101@manish Hi there! I just came over from @katef closet! That girl deserves an award for all her patience ! I honestly can't believe all the BS she has to put up with in her own closet!😱 Sorry to vent! Just had to get that off my chest!😳 Thanks!

Jul 10Reply

yassic@manish I am having a lot of fun with this app. My sister @maryameee and I raised $126 for the American Heart Association by selling items we no longer use. So we supported a good cause while cleaning out closets. Yippy ☺

skyerandiI just wanted to stop in & say thank you with all of my heart for everything that you & this app have indirectly done for me. I was chosen to become a suggested user in December, and even though it was only for about a week, I was so honored. Poshmark has helped me so much with my clothing dilemmas. It's incredible how much Poshmark has changed my life & I have no one to thank but you. Almost everyone in the "posh community" is friendly and welcoming. You've hit it home. I can't thank you enough, and I wish you all the best. If there's ever a "posh party" in Chicago, I would be honored if you contacted me. Seeing as I was a suggested user already, is it possible for me to become one again? I am actively on Poshmark, whether it's buying or selling. I always follow "posh etiquette" and love being a part of your community. I've noticed that some suggested users have been on for months. Is there a trick? Being one truly changed my life & I would love the opportunity to again become one. Thank you for all that you've done, you have truly changed my life!

Jul 17Reply

nieciesI cannot even express to you how much posh has changed my life. I just wanted to stop in and say thank you for making this community! Even though I've only had one sale, I treasure it everyday. I love the idea of your new suggested user program, I think it's awesome. I just wanted to thank you for creating a welcoming community where I can buy & sell, without all of those pesky fees! Because they are pesky! I just wanted to thank you so much! Also, is there anything that I could do to become a suggested user? And if you ever have a posh party in Chicago, I will be there! Thank you & happy poshing! :)

Jul 29Reply

jnyfrThis app is both amazing and addictive. The community is friendly and thoughtful, I am making money and helping my family's finances by only buying with what I sell, and I am getting great fashion ideas by shopping other people's closets. I swear posh has made me a better dresser! If you ever need any freelance writers I am at your service.

Aug 04Reply

whiteclover@manish thank u for making a "user friendly" online system that's all about Fashion!! I've read the skeptics reports who say "sounds like another EBay" wrong! I've tried Ebay, Threadflip & Tradesy to understand what makes sense for me personally😃Poshmark offers an overwhelming connection to real people in a world of technology..no advertisements & simple design element! ! All about fashion, nothing else. Thank you👋👋👋

Aug 04Reply

jrosle@manish yes, I would like to know how much time does a seller have to be with Poshmark to become a suggested user? I cherish my closet, abide by the rules and work hard to improve my sales. Please let me know if there is more I need to do to qualify. Check out my closet to let me know if I'm on the right path. Any feedback is appreciated. 😊

mjlocal512I have enjoyed postmark since early last spring, when the app was still new and had wrinkles yet to be ironed out. You guys have come a long way and the app has gotten so much better along the way! Every company goes through mistrials ect along the way to make them even greater! And Manish, you've always been good to me. I do ask of one favor, please talk to Angela on your staff so you can understand a little situation that I'm in and correct it. It would be another opportunity for your company to shine and prove that you have compassion and that Great customer service has long since dies in our country! I very much apologize for this public post, as I do not have your email address. Please forgive me on that part. My email is myartrocks@gmail.com Or jerafackler@yahoo.com Thank you!

This company will continue to grow & I'm looking forward to my growth here as well. Still a newbie but will someday have my big girl(sparkle) pants on! THANKS!

doodle_oodle@manish Hi Manish! First off I want to say I love Poshmark. Not only because I sell so many things on this (and buy), but because of the friends I have made. I have met some of the most amazing women on your app. I have a girl I met who lives all the way across the country; but we speak everyday and have become such good friends. I had a quick question. I am a suggested user and follow all the rules on your site. I sell all supported items and only sell through posh. I have AMAZING cover photos, I followed all the Poshmark tips. My question is: I am a suggested user. I have over 24,000 followers. I always help newbies out. I tell them the rules, and how to make their photos pop. I would like to HOST a party. Can you please tell me what I need to do to be host. It is important to me. I would like to HOST to share my amazing style with the community. Can you please give me the opportunity to do so? I work in non-for-profit. I am a substance abuse counselor for adolescents at a year long inpatient rehab. I sell clothes to pay my bills. It would be great to share my style with the Poshmark community and branch out. Anyway you can help? I appreciate what you have done for so many women (and myself) Thank you Manish!

tammysbeachwearHi, I wanted to thank you for starting posh mark!!! It has truly changed my life. I am having so much fun and meeting some really fantastic people:) I wanted to know how I would go about being considered as a suggested user. I've had wonderful feedback from all of my buyers. I have a feedback column in my closet, if you'd like to take a look. Thanks for your time and consideration... And for all you do! Tammy

lenahenryThank YOU! Postmark has been an amazing experience for me, I tell everyone about it!

Oct 04Reply

europeandesignI just wanted to share with you that I co-hosted my first Posh party two hours after I got released from the hospital after having my baby. My first born son was scheduled to be born on October 9th, so I thought it wouldn't be a problem to co-host the Girly Girl party on September 22nd. But then my baby decided to arrive three weeks early! I shared my host picks with my left hand while breast feeding my newborn baby with my right. I'm the most dedicated Posher I know lol, and I hope to become a suggested user soon. I always go out of my way to help and educate my fellow Poshers and welcome new users, and I've made friends for life on here. To make a long story short: I love Poshmark, and the Poshmark community has been showing me lots of love and support in return. Thank you for bringing Poshmark to life!!! You're the best :-)

Oct 15Reply

beanbag@manish all I can say is WOW! I'm super excited and having a blast on Posh. Thanks for such a great platform that is so much more than a place to get articles of clothing but a place where creativity is contagious. Expression is celebrated. Yay. Love it. Wow wow wow.

Oct 17Reply

suzyqueHi! First off id like to say how much I'm enjoying both buying and selling on Poshmark! I so happy to be here. I know it must be very difficult to monitor who is following the rules and who isn't. I just went through the suggested seller list trying to find closets that would suit me. As I'm going through and reading responses from buyers I realizing lots of the suggested users are trading! You know when you see bundles selling for $1 or $0. It just makes me so mad. Without PM they wouldn't be selling anything yet they want to cheat you. I have also noticed a couple host have been selling things such as kids clothes and mens clothing which is not so bad but still not in the rules. Ok, got that off my chest. Maybe you should do a mens Posh too us ladies would love to clean out our hubby's closet ......make more room for ourselves!😏

Oct 24Reply

bthereasapThank you for sharing 😄💕

vinsam@manish Hi Mr. Chandra. I wanted to take this time to tell you how amazingly crazy I am about Poshmark. I am here everyday, many hours of the day, sharing and caring. I am doing my best with inviting new Poshers and helping anyone who needs help. My closet remains free of "unsupported" items and I've had many repeat buyers. I promote Poshmark outside of Poshmark as well. My friends and family love my Poshmark addiction ❤️. Everyday I wake up and hope there's an email waiting for me telling me that 1) I'm going to co-host a party and 2) I'm a suggested user 😊. Can you please provide me with feedback and let me know what I can do differently to reach these very honorable goals. Thank you so much for all of your time!!

posh_prophet@manish hello I'm Tammie, I just wanted to say how much I've enjoyed this app. Not only has it been great extra income it has brought me so much joy! I've made some great posh buddies😊 I've been on here for about a year and I'm very dedicated. (On here daily) my followers have sky rocketed and I have fantastic reviews in my close. I'm wondering what I need to do to become a suggested user? I of course follow all the rules and take great pride in my closet listings! I'd love to hear back from you and any suggestions you might have for getting me to my goal of a suggested user. Thank you so much. I look forward to hearing back from you. Hope your thanksgiving was fantastic.

Dec 01Reply

suzyqueHi and thanks for such a great app! Poshmark has been a wonderful part of my life. Now the reason for my note. I have a suggestion that I think would make PM more user friendly. When a person wants make a purchase it can be difficult to find all their likes. Digging through the feed can be very painful. Two ideas 1. Have a tab for just for likes or 2. Enable us to search and find and single out a particular user in our newsfeed. Thanks for everything! Suzy

randikandi@manish Hi Manish. Don't know if u remember me...but my friend Holly...who u also met at the Philly party...has a weird & huge problem. She emailed support, but didn't get a response. Plus, if she gets a sale...well, hopefully u understand the problem. What should she do? She's freaking out. Please, I hope to hear back from u. She didn't know what to do, that's y I'm asking 4 her. Not to mention carpal tunnels in my right hand from sharing closets:) lol I would love to be a part of Poshfest and all that it has to offer:) thank you.

Jan 16Reply

longca1959I am interested also about becoming a suggested user. I am a firm believer in following Posh rules. I have over 7,000 followers. Three host picks which makes me feel like I am getting an Oscar . I get so excited. I have so much to sell and am a fashion addicted! I am dedicated to selling items that are in the condition in which I would want to purchase the item. When it becomes to packing I go a little crazy . I wrap my item in bubble wrap so that no smells from the post office truck and or semi truck get into my package. Next I write a heart felt note telling the buyer how much I appreciate her business! Last I place in the box a gift of appreciation. It's usually a small token but I want her to be excited when she opens that box. 😃Thanks for listening. I am coming to California in March can't wait to feel some warmer weather! You guys are so blessed to be where it's not below zerow⛄️

liz3@manish I hv a great concern & needed to come straight to you. A friend of mine on here (@dreamadj ) went on her page & her page is blank, she got no e-mail, she doesn't carry unsupported items. Plz help. She's a single Mom supporting 3 young Sons on a low income & she depends on what she makes on Posh to supplement her income. Plz hv this corrected quickly. Ty so much for ur help. (1 of your SU's).

Jul 04Reply

liz3@manish I'm sincerely sorry for the complaint. My friend (@dreamadj) & myself LOVE PM. We talked & figured out a couple of things, all we can think of.... She posted (not knowing it was an inspired Burberry, took it down then little bit later posted a charm bracelet. It was not LV, she did not advertise it as LV & it was not LV. There was 1 charm that I guess a lady made a comment that it was LV cuz of this 1 charm then BAM her page is suspended. She's a single Mom & depends on her sales to help raise her children. She was SO STRESSED over this she had a Massive Panick Attack, got dizzy, fell & hit her head so bad ended up in the ER & had to get staples in her scalp. I'm personally worried & knew you'd care. I'm begging for y'all to put her page bk up & send her an e-mail explaining what she needs to do differently. PLZ ASAP so she can feed her Sons. She needs some Posh 💖 right now & all this maybe cuz of someone wrongfully reporting a charm bracelet :) Also I joined Posh a couple of months after the launch of PM. I just SU this 6-19. Just a suggestion but as hard as some of us SU's have worked you may consider a time frame of ppl being on PM (like 1 1/2 yrs) before they're handed that honor & it is an HONOR. I actually saw another SU being rude & throwing SU into another Poshers face when all that Posher was doing was asking about details she was interested. Some ppl if given this honor without having to truly Work for it for awhile it's going to go to their head, they aren't going to mentor new Poshers. etc. If they know they have to work for it #1 They'll view it as it should b, a Huge Honor #2 Take it more serious. And be a good example & Mentor like an SU should. Ty for ur time & for creating PM. 💕👍

Jul 07Reply

liz3@manish ✨✨👆👆👆about dreamadj I need u too see & address this. She's bn on almost 2 1/2 years & I just knew you'd care if I can get this info to you. Ty, sincerely for your time

marietheoFirst, thank you for creating an incredible site. I joined for the opportunity to buy and sell items and discovered something even more valuable, a wonderful community of people. I love the recent changes--especially the notification of a drop in price on a liked item. One concern, is there any way of sorting a closet without sharing? I hate having to share my "Items Beyond this Point are Sold" listing every time I need to put a sold listing at the bottom of my closet. Also, is there a list of requirements somewhere on the site for becoming a Suggested User? Thanks again & Happy Poshing!

Jul 29Reply

styledbykblakeHi Manish, we actually chatted back and forth but I cannot find our correspondence. I wanted to follow up with you to see if you'd had a chance to think over my ideas of creating hosts that have a common thread, such as industry professionals. I have been a freelance fashion stylist for over 15 years and I'm the industry for 25. I do bring a lot of information and experience to Posh. I've never been selected to host a party and I see twenty year olds hosting for a third or forth time. I know you have an amazing number of closets but there has got to be a system that makes us more of a community. I have made what I consider real friends on posh and I am thrilled to watch them become suggested users. I've not had that honor though I share, attend parties, help new Poshers and my credit card can testify shop like it's my last day on earth. I am coming in on 6k followers and over 10k in sales. I do bring concerns to the attention of support but no matter how successful we are in life recognition and appreciation is, well just that. Appreciated. How do I become a suggested user? Or a host? What is the barometer? I'm sure my year of participating and contributing may be small in comparison to others. But I'm a firm believer in teaching people how to treat you. And I would like to step up. I've never been the settle type of person...this industry will eat you alive if you are. Please advise.

liz3@manish Truly sorry to bother you. I know you've got much more important things to tend to, as do I. You can see on her page (alegria4rl) the very 1st listing....white Chiffon dress with black trim. She uses my name in the description. She makes it sound as if she held for a long time waiting for me to buy & I didn't follow thru. Truth is she put a few items on reserve, of her own free will, she wanted to gift them to me because I was going to send her numerous items (donations) to the BC (Breast Cancer) Project. She smeared my good name thru the mud most of yesterday & now is continuing today. There is a Law against this, this can fall under several, if not all of these....HARRASSMENT, Defamation of Character & Cyber Bullying. I ask, Please for Your help with this matter. My e-mail is gulfcoastgrl90@yahoo.com although I'd very much appreciate speaking in person. My cell is (979) 476-0658. I'm a Suggested User & Id just like to enjoy doing business. I'm disgusted that she'd bring any grievances on PM.....very unladylike & so unprofessional. The thought of someone trying to trash my good name is very upsetting. Thank you for any assistance you can lend. Again I'm sorry to bother u with this, I just didn't know what to do, she simply will not stop. Thank you so much. Have a great week.

baedgeBecause nobody is emailing me back I've come here as my last resort. My buying and selling privileges have been stripped from me when I have done absolutely nothing wrong. There's only so many emails I can send before I just give up. I'm a reputable honest seller, follow posh rules by not using Pay🅿️al or outsides sources to sell my items, which I see countless other women doing. I don't sell items I'm not suppose to and I'm truthful with every customer. I'm a fast shipper and always cater to my buyers. It would be a shame to not be able to sell here anymore as I feel like I make a decent amount of money for both myself and your company. Please make it so I can sell again instead of getting the same error message everytime, or better yet could someone email me back. Thank you for your time, Beth.

Aug 27Reply

gwperry@manish I wanted to thank you Mr. Chandra for this wonderful app! It is the only app I use to sell my items despite recommendations to other sites. I have been in the community since May 2014 and hope to become a suggested user and Top 10%. I gain all my followers through hard work and sharing. And have gained many great friends! Again...thank you!

Sep 06Reply

susu49How do you become a Suggested User? No one ever seems to get the answer to this question! Am I missing something?

Oct 15Reply

liz3@manish I've e-mailed 5 times now about this but honestly I'm not sure if y'all are getting the e-mails. Numerous of us are having technical problems. We can't purchase....we get an error message. I've bn trying to purchase a bundle for 4 days. Of course all approved items. AND it won't let me post listings n my own closet. Please help ASAP. Ty!

poshalogy@manish please contact me, I emailed support over an issue and threads please read email and threads, my closet is getting harassed. Please ask support to forward all emails to you since Friday January 2 2015... Please contact me directly..as I have concerns...posh love...;)

Jan 07Reply

poshalogy@manish Read the emails sent support, there has bedn a tag up tagging me since Friday, all the post in reference to what happened were deleted, I saved them, sent threads to support...I received no reply...I feel harassed, it's harassment, I emailed support over it, it's not ok for the listing to stay up, and humiliate me, it's obvious that this member, gets special treatment, after all,she was able to call you, but my emails went unanswered, my request to remove was denied by Ashlee in support, numerous poshmark closet members are aware and know, that I want this removed, I requested, it myself wanting it off, it looks as if though as this group in it s whole is more important than abiding by policies, if a member feels harassed, discriminated against, or the subject of cyber bullying, & humiliation, it should not be tolerated,...no matter who does it...it's wrong....lots of posh love...

shari23114@manish No dear Big Time THANK YOU! I really love Manish and PoshMark. This is a true story. I sold my things on 4 other sites like Etsy, Vinted, etc. I quit them all just to be on PoshMark and devote all of my time to you. It was the best decision I ever made. I've sold more in 3 months then I ever did on any of the others combined. I love PoshMark and PoshMark loves me too! Thank you!

tamaralite💖 Sometimes when I'm having a bad day, I just go to Posh. At a lunch break, after an argument, whatever. I never know what will make me smile, but it always happens, it's a given. Today I saw this, just a simple note, but one that means so much. My Posh family has really changed my life, so many wonderful people on here, so much love. This app you created is more to me, us, then a means to sell, it's a positive force. Thank you, Manish and to all of your staff, we are blessed. 🌻🌹🌻

jzhaowowHi Manish! I've been a Poshmark member just browsing since 2013 but I really just got started this year and it's been amazing. As a petite woman it's not easy to have so many options all in one place and I've been able to connect with so many members who are my size too! I've noticed that you've got an Everything Plus Size Party, Everything Kids Party, and basically everything in between but would you ever consider a posh party for Petites? I'd love to find out how I can help make this possible!

richera137@manish thank you from the bottom of my heart for poshmark. It has saved my life in a sort. I started 2 years ago when I got an autism diagnosis on my daughter. Poshmark has helped me make an income as I had to leave my job. Now a mother of 2 special needs 1 with Autism & 1 with Down Syndrome, I don't know what I would do without Poshmark. I am forever grateful sir! ♡♡♡ @richera137

converse1980s@katjo Granted, I see some merit in this, but there is something nice in the fact that you cannot private message. That you can feel free to trust people and develop Posh bonds. I too think it's kind of weird that you cannot PM people, but to me there's a certain beauty in that. 🐝

Mar 01Reply

katjo@converse1980s With the stylist option you could develop a greater sense of the person you are styling if you could private message to build a more personal and private bond. 🤗

mjlocal512Hi! Now that using 🅿️ay 🅿️al is a Payment option for purchasing on Poshmark, is it possible to be able to use that word when telling someone something such as “ I only have $26.64 in my 🅿️ay🅿️al account, so I will make purchase when I can add more funds” ?? Maybe you guys can create an icon or something so that it doesn’t get flagged as trying to break policy and we get removed? Thanks!!

Aug 24Reply

mjlocal512And also, would it be possible to see “same or similar items” even when the item you’re interested in is not sold? For the purpose of finding diff sizes. (Hate) Mercarie, but they and EBay does have that option and it’s a huge time saver, especially when one is working or something whee they don’t have a lot of time. Thanks so much, love posh! You guys should push at Apple for your own set of emojis, like the maroon P logo! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

hipatia@manish hi Manish, I’m writing to you, because I’m having a problem with the support team in regards to a case decision on Order Id 5b987e5bfe568e5d692f23ff. I know the Poshmark rules, I’ve been a Posh member since 2013 and I’m on the top 10 sellers with a 4.5 star rating, and I do not believe the decision made on behalf of the support team is fair. Please advise. Thank you.

davydmMannish Chandra My name is Davyd Margolis, my Poshmark name is davydm. I purchased 17 garments. I received a box with one garment, not even mine. The seller boxed two orders then put the wrong label on each. I was promised a corrected mailing label yesterday, it never came. I don’t tolerate lying. Where’s my label, more importantly did my counterpart get his label? I’m leaving town on holiday. I need my package shipped overnight. Davyd Margolis 213 725 3931

honey77I'm sorry to contact you but I've had no luck with CS (except one email)or twitter. Since the app update about 10 days ago, my shares have not been seen by my followers. With the exception of 1 day, my closet has been absolute crickets. My closet normally has a ton of activity. On Thursday, your cs agent said that i may have tripped a safety mechanism from my shares. Closet worked fine Thursday and went dark Friday. I've not been able to get anyone to respond. Could you please help? Honey77

Feb 03Reply

honey77I am working on this full time and I really love this platform and community. I'm doing all the things I'm supposed to do to build a following and help the PM community by resharing, playing share games, etc. I'm unsure why my closet is being "punished" for doing what I'm supposed to do. I'm not a bot, I'm a person working really hard. Could you please help?

Feb 03Reply

honey77Could you please help me with this? I’m desperate to get my closet back in working order. It has been 10 days of barely any activity since the update(very abnormal from my usually very busy closet) My sales have plummeted and the customer service team is basically non-responsive. If I’m not making money, posh is losing money. I love selling on posh but I won’t be able to continue if my closet issue isn’t addressed. I’m desperate for help and keep running into brick walls.

gossipgirl212Hello and congratulations on PM. I have been on since 2017 and have sold many items here. I think that is about to change due to scammers and unscrupulous buyers. I respectfully disagree with a recent decision by Poshmark to refund buyer despite no misrepresentation on my part. The piece was 100% authentic and it was sold to her at

Mar 15Reply

gossipgirl212approximately 50% discount off msrp. I am saddened that PM rendered the decision they did. Please help. I am a practicing attorney and have too much to lose to commit fraud here. Thank you and be safe👍

ceesfuturaAfter 7 years on Poshmark I was scammed out of over $300! The worst part is that I reached out to Poshmark support the second I received the delivered notification because I got the mail in my hands directly from the postman that specific day & it wasn't in my mail.

Sep 12Reply

ceesfuturaI have contacted Poshmark support 6x no action taken & now today, day 3, shows the listing as delivered and no longer pending acceptance which means the Posher received their money for something i never received! PLEASE INVESTIGATE LIKE I HAVE. The item doesn't exist how could i have received it?

shedivainc@manish Hello sir and happy new year. I purchased a fur coat. Somehow the zip code was wrong according to USPS and it was forwarded somewhere else. No one is responding and the seller has been paid which is unfair to me. She did not put the correct zip code on the package or it could not be read. Either way I need and deserve a full refund.

Jan 25Reply

shedivainc@missaisha555 I reported my issue on Friday, Jan. 22 when it said the coat was delivered and no one, even today has bothered to respond. I have sent pictures of the constant updates from the post office and I still have nothing.

Jan 25Reply

shedivainc@manish Now I have a lost my coat and money.

Jan 25Reply

missaisha555@shedivainc hi you tag the wrong person But you should contact posh support

Jan 25Reply

manish@shedivainc can you send me an email at ceo@poshmark.com with the information so I can escalate it?

Jan 26Reply

shedivainc@manish Yes sir I will.

Jan 26Reply

shedivainc@manish I just did sir. Now someone from CSR says there is a delay from the post office but they did not bother to look at the status updates. My package was either forwarded or sent to the wrong address because of the seller. She received her money today despite my coat not being delivered. I reported this on Friday. So if it went to the wrong address, it is surely stolen by now.

dundalk4000@manish hi there boss! It saddens me deeply that posh support doesn’t seem to do their du diligence regarding return claims anymore and anyone can simply makeup a reason and it gets approved. I’ve been a member of PM for 6 years and worked hard to get a business of my own. I’m sure you know how hard it is how much work it takes. I’m a ⭐️ambassador and stand behind everything I sell.

Nov 03Reply

dundalk4000cont….. However, lately it seems it doesn’t matter how well the description is, how good or many photos you take, it’s never enough and customers are taking advantage of your sellers. It’s both frustrating and disappointing. I appreciate your time and thanks for listening. Sincerely - Robins Boutique & Everywoman_pm.
