It's on an info channel late night. I purchased the 3 DVD's. I have done it b4 and went from a 10 to a 6 it's a low impact workout wit a lot of reps. With my fibromyalgia its a great way to tone my body with out hurting the next day. Google Slim & Six it should show more info.

@wenrella I'm sorry your illness is keeping you from 100%. I joined a gym, but with my back, I can only do the treadmill. Cheaper to buy the treadmill! I'd buy now; however, I'm keeping optimistic that I can slim down a little further, but may purchase as a "just in case" and if it doesn't fit in May, I can relist it. Hubs will shoot me if I make any purchases ATM, keep checking back! I've been holding a $250 bundle for ten days now, I'll wait until Wednesday to contact her again. That would help A LOT!! Haven't made a sale since the beginning of February! 😔
