mommydearest @stefani_xx Hi. Shoulder to hem is 27". The drawstrings at the sides can be left to hang straight or pulled in to pull the length up and blouse the top more. The drawstrings are about 17" from the shoulder. Hope this helps. I bought this for myself in a smaller size, but had to return because I hadn't noticed it was missing a large section of sequins. Much sadness. So cute. Thanks for looking and let me know if there is anything else.
