I will find out in the next few days for sure what this skirt is made out of. My best guess would be it has a type of thick polished cotton because it does NOT lose its shape & is so flattering on. Very girlie, classy, feminine & can be dressed up or down. If you decide to purchase u won't be disappointed. Extremely well made!!!! I'll get bk to you soon. TY for your patience. ❤
