amperez @lilacrose ok...I got the app and when i go to order the priority mail boxes, in the list it says priority mail flat rate small, or medium, etc..none don't have the flat rate not in the description... these are ok right, but it just can't say it on the box is that it?

aryan28 @lilacrose do u know how much poshmark charges for heavier weight ( more the 3lbs when shipping bundles)? Trying to see if its cheaper to pay the additional through poshmark or USPS when I have bundles over 3lbs

lilacrose @aryan28 go to your sales in the PM app. Then go to new shipping label. Should prompt you. It's $2 extra per pound which js charged to YOU not buyer! I learned this the hard way...

nica2013 Hello, thank you for posting this, ill get that APP this is great info. I'm still new to posh and I have a question is u don't mind me asking. I've bought several items and all has went well. I've purchased a bundle and see that the person creates a new listing and puts a picture from both items being bundled on the covershot of the bundle listing. How do I do this when a customer requests a bundle from me, as I am trying to sell some clothes. I hope you can help me. Thank you in advance!!! 😄

lilacrose @nica2013 hi there! You're very welcome! Most people use a free app like instacollage or photoframe to create a collage of the items the buyer requests in the bundle. You can either edit an existing listing or create a new one with the pictures. Make sure you indicate on the items being sold that they are sold in bundle! If you scroll down in my listings you will see how I did it. Happy to answer any questions you may have! Happy poshing! 😁

lilacrose @pgoldston hi there! Seems that there is something that needs to be clarified! I have been using those that are pictured but I will double check and make sure they are ok. My recommendation for the meantime would be to order them online on USPS.com since on the app you can only order these or flat rate ones.

lilacrose @jposadas2010 hi! Honestly bcz you're selling a variety of stuff and you will never know how big your bundles will be, I order all the different sizes. It does take upwards of 7-10 days when ordering thru app or thru website. So find what boxes u have around your house for now. Or U can pick up a few at the post office! Hope that helps!

lilacrose @damian1987 nope, there's no charge for the pick ups! And the boxes are free too! The ones available to order are regional and flat rate, but you just have to use a sharpie or marker to black out where it says "flat rate" or "regional rate"

bensonhurst @lilacrose I don't recommend using flat rate box and blanking out flat rate. It was not accepted when I brought it to the post office. Better to use proper box or wrapping in brown paper than risk delaying shipment. This was my experience.

lilacrose @skoepfle 2 lbs not 2 oz right? Well, do u know how to upgrade the shipping label? If you go under my sales, and to the transaction that needs upgrading, you go to need new shipping label and then select how many lbs etc. usually large bundles will incur a fee, so you can add it on the price of your bundle. If the transaction was already complete, you can cancel the transaction and make a new listing for new price. Just depends on what you and buyer agree to. Some others make the buyer a new listing then change it to zero so they buy another shipping label. So you send their order in to two packages. I've never done this though. I think it's more cost effective for both buyer & seller to just upgrade the shipping label. Hope this helps

skoepfle @lilacrose it's at 3 pounds 2 oz so I would have to by an additional pound again...I wish they would do half pounds. I asked the post office if I could I postage and they said since its prepaid label no :( I think I just need to get my other box sizes that would help BC these boxes alone weight 7 oz (1092)

luigimae @lilacrose it is! Such a hassle for me to drop it off. One time I decided to look for a drop box that I usually don't use and I couldn't find it and when I found it, it said not to put anything over certain weight.. and mine was way over!! Ugh so frustrating

pookiebeau I've actually been finding it very difficult to get and even find the "allowed" boxes since I started on here's at year . I've driven all over my city, to different post offices and nothing. Online they have tons of flat rate and regional. There's less than a handful of the "allowed" boxes on USPS.com and the sizes are not what I need as I mainly sell handbags. They're either too small or too big and most of my shipping weight goes into the box itself😔So after having used the regional boxes with no problem after almost a year I finally had a problem and it led to me losing that sale since it came back to me and she needed it before a certain date. I was pissed and came up with the perfect idea💡I just get whatever priority box I want, doesn't matter if its flat rate or regional...tear where they glued it and turn it to be inside out and tape it back up and BAM🎉I got a plain brown box that just says priority mail on the outside! I have yet to have a problem! I was thinking of making a listing to let people know, just wanted to share it here first! Hope this helps💟

lilacrose @jacquelyn_rizzo no need to tip! Just give your mail carrier a nice Xmas gift. They appreciate that! The boxes available are flat rate and regional rate, you will need to cover where it indicates that. Some use stickers or markers. Some cover the whole box in packaging paper.

josegissyt06 Hello! I had seen this post a while back. I've used it for tracking but now I'm really interested in the pick up feature. We've been getting snowed in a lot where we live. It's super convenient for instances like this. Question though...Do they knock at your door? Can you drop off boxes outside in case you aren't home? And most importantly do they provide you with a shipped receipt? I like providing those to my buyers. Thank you! 😉
