jennibuck @imawicki The material is very stretchy- poly/rayon blend. Feels and looks like cotton. The waist is 14" and the inseam is 31".

jennibuck @kimmie1225 I got them from Arden B about 3-4 years ago. They would definitely fit an 8-- I'm now about a 4 and can't wear them, anymore, unfortunately.
