I'm so tired of seeing these big sellers with over a hundred thousand followers selling these wholesale jewelries and accessories. It's highly unfair that they've made hundreds of dollars off of trinkets while we work! Research before buying any "stock" clothing and jewelry, research any "stock photos", multiple sizes, or warehouse orders. Stock photo models(usually Asian) are a dead giveaway and come from "Made in China/Korea" wholesale websites. "wrap bracelet with charms" google it! Hannaho

vikki0913 Totally agree with this - all you have to do is google image search these pictures and the Asian websites that sell this stuff for less than $20 come up! I saw one user on here sell a coat that is no more than 20-30 for $125!

vikki0913 Yea, it's terrible. I have a "love" bracelet listed in my closet that I bought for like $20 or something from one of those sellers - this was before I got suspicious of all the Asian stock photos and image searched them. Now I won't ever buy from those sellers. I mean, I know it's part of the fashion business to buy things wholesale and resell - but when you jack up the prices THAT much, it's pretty much an insult to the buyer. Plus a lot of these things are poor quality and not worth the price they set it to.

Just came from nowhere lol I don't think it's right to charge the same price for a cheap made in Asia knock off as going into a store and buying a quality piece. Honestly it's the same area as buying a replica. If you spent the same amount on a replica as a real one would cost, wouldn't you be peeved? If you're just here to cause drama please leave, I'm just being informative

And letting people think they're getting a quality piece of jewelry versus a cheap trinket I think is scamming, and so do many others. I never said making a profit was bad but it's bad to do so in a dishonest way.

fashionchicaz You're right about the replica nonsense. I've sent poshmark a ton of emails regarding this. They do not take these down! They should research what these "designer replicas" represent...proceeds funnel thru terrorism, human trafficking, drugs, gangs etc! The FBI could set up a task force on this site and bring down SOOOO many people! It's awful. I feel strongly about this issue after reading an article. If wanting friends to think you have more money because they are carrying a "Louis Vuitton" they should remember that a child might have earned a whole $1, if that for one days work, it's terrible!

dreamsablaze @lnp916 lol I can understand boutique items and receiving something too small and trying to re sell it, but users who's whole or even a good amount of that wholesale stuff just shows they're in it for the money. And unfortunately, until we can get a good amount of users to band together, it's going to continue because the biggest names on here do it 😥

cherryblast @dreamsablaze a GURL after my own heart! I refuse to buy any replica, or pre order bs. I will also not buy from any closet who doesn't have their own pics. Using Internet pics is telling me you're either pre ordering or scamming. One in the same. I understand we all want to make money but the reason I joined poshmark was because I thought it was RESALE!! Not used items at store prices either. Another pet peeve. Resale is supposed to help others who, like myself, are on budgets. I mean I'd give someone a deal if I know they need it. There are a lot of ppl on disability who shop/sell here, single parents, etc.. Price items accordingly ladies-please let's not rip one another off anymore!! Sorry I kinda got off track Ty!

dreamsablaze @cherryblast I know all about budgets, I make barely above minimum wage but I'm a homebody so my money stays here! Lol I cannot stand closets with friggin wholesale crap. Two huge names on here got big because of it. And I will say I absolutely hate the fringe bikinis and "infinity wrap bracelets" and what have you. They're a dime a dozen(really about $6-$15 for 6 of them) and they get sold for about $30! Ugh 😤😤😤 no apologies needed! I know how it is haha

suzemichelle @dreamsablaze Thank you! You totally read my mind! It is very annoying and I think they should set up their own website and not use Poshmark. The last few wholesalers who started following me are selling the exact same items. I understand that everyone is entitled to make a profit but to mark the items so high when the quality is cheaper than the dollar store is ridiculous. SMH.... :)
