kayceemarie @500daysofautumn I used an app called phonto to make it (it's free). I just took a screenshot of the patterns (from doing a google image search for polka dots, etc.) then put the text on top of it. You could make one pretty easily! 😊

kayceemarie @levinesboutique sure! I don't know the exact criteria, but I do know that probably the biggest thing is to follow the rules. No PayPal, no trades, etc. Then just be active on poshmark - follow lots if people, share their items and participate in parties. Update your closet often with great items and cover photos. Hope this helps. Your closet looks great! How long have you been on poshmark?

dance270s I'm new, have no closet yet, but I am curious of what kind of payment is used? PayPal seems to be the safest online? I must be missing something. I will have to read more about this. So I'm not promoting anything, promise :-)

kayceemarie @dance270s oh no, you're fine dear! Poshmark has a secure browser for payment where you can either use a credit card or money in your poshmark account (once you sell stuff of course). PayPal is not allowed on poshmark because they can't track the sale. Then if anything is wrong with the item, there's nothing they can do. So in this case PayPal really isn't the way to go. That also takes away from poshmark's 20 percent cut, which I know people complain about - but if you think about it, poshmark is providing a service so they should get a cut. People just try to go around the system poshmark has set up. Let me know if I can help with anything else. 😊

I'm happy to help people out and share their items, I just don't like them essentially spamming my closet. Haha

kayceemarie @dance270s okay good! Haha I know how things can come across through text sometimes. And if you like things from my closet, I'm the one who would bundle for you. I typically discount bundles from 15-25 percent. You can just "like" the items in my closet that you want and then comment and tell me to bundle. It works pretty much the same in everyone's closets I think. 😊

kayceemarie @sdjin vent anytime! Haha I've had the exact same thing happen. When I ask you if you're ready to purchase "right NOW," that means now. There's no reason you should not buy within five minutes of me changing the price and tagging you...unless your phone dies (which happened to one poor girl haha) or you have some kind of emergency. I've also decided to no longer hold items because people would tell me they were 100 percent sure they would buy and then they would suddenly change their minds. I wish some people could just practice common courtesy on here! I try to be as nice as possible to everyone, but it can get so frustrating. *end rant* haha 😉

zhoujen929 I completely agree with all of this! It's so frustrating when someone says they're "definitely" going to buy, you change the price, and then they back out of it. I've had so many people just not even inform me of their changed decision. Common courtesy, please!

kayceemarie @nmspangler hi! It's done through poshmark's secure server, so you can pay via credit card (or with money in your posh account once you sell items). Poshmark actually doesn't approve of using outside payment methods like PayPal because they can't track it. Then if anything is wrong with an order, there's nothing they can do. That also takes away from poshmark's 20 percent commission from the service they provide through the app, providing shipping labels and customer service, etc. Many people still use PayPal, but you can actually have your poshmark account removed for doing so since it's agains their policy.

kayceemarie @sage2cute hi! No, you don't have to put any money in your poshmark account to start selling. Once you sell an item and the buyer receives it, the money will be deposited into your poshmark account. 😊

kayceemarie @rubrub hi! Welcome to poshmark! When I started, I just followed people like crazy - then some people will follow you back. Also share other people's items as much as you can and some of them will return the favor! Make sure you describe your items well and try to be available to answer any questions people might have. Also, stay away from trading and using PayPal since they aren't supported by poshmark. Let me know if I can help with anything else!

kayceemarie @5kewlklosets hi! Once you sell an item, poshmark will email you a prepaid shipping label. All you have to do is click on the attachment in the email and print it once it opens. Hope this helps! Good luck! 😊

5kewlklosets @kayceemarie I got her user name and password and found the labels. I shipped two coach purses which were very heavy..so I took them to the po because I wanted to make sure the shipping label was ok. The guy said it was fine! I know it was at least 4 pounds! Have u noticed a problem with shipping anything heavy? Thanks for your help :)

kayceemarie @susiep552 hi and welcome to poshmark! Once the buyers accept the item and the money is redeemable, just go to "balance," then "redeemable," and then it'll give you the option to request a check or get it deposited directly to your bank account. Hope this helps! 😊

stylish1 I totally agree with this! Isn't it great when you give them a lower price and they don't even answer? don't say thank you, don't say anything, just walk away lol! mayragrisel @kayceemarie Hi, would you mind if I use this posters , I've been having lots of problems with People asking for me to hold the items until "blah" day and never return also begging to ether lower my prices and bundle the items then they don't make the purchase , I had a really bad experience using Pp , and now I completely understand why it's prohibited to use on Posh !! I did a trade with a girl that I trusted, sent my item and never heard from her again she basically stole my $80 dl item 😩 I just feel like it's been raining on my parade for a longgg time and want this to stop 😔

kayceemarie @skyerandi it's so addictive, isn't it? Haha well I just started following tons of people when I first started, and some of them follow back. Then I just stayed active on the app, sharing other people's items and being available to answer any questions about my items. I also recommend following the rules (no PayPal, etc.). I was a suggested user for about a week (they rotate them out), so that's where I got most of my followers. And I think they pick suggested users who follow the rules. 😉 Good luck!
