She posted up "Bailey Ugg Boots" they are not authentic. Tried to just get a refund and I would return her boots. She answers " I never said they were authentic and sorry I don't do refunds I would prefer you not send then bck thanks! " I really dislike dishonest people. If they are Fugg boots or Ugg like boots.. Just say so! It is wrong to say it is a certain brand and you receive them and they are not authentic!! I tried to make it easy but she didn't want to so I had to report her!

klaudia22 @leah_c so sorry to hear that! She never did refund my money! I sent her a request for the $55 and she canceled it! I sent her a few messages on here & a couple of emails without luck! I've already filed a claim and I hope they can get a hold of her! She's such a horrible person to do that!!! We ALL need the $ or else we wouldn't be shopping here! So dishonest!!! 😡

leah_c @klaudia22 what a horrible person she is!! She took double payment for fake uggs! SMH! I opened up a case on PayPal and reported her on posh as well! Please spread the word don't buy from her. If you are unhappy with your item. It's tough luck!! She doesn't care about customer service just as long as she gets her $! I'm highly disappointed in people like her!

klaudia22 @leah_c yes that's so sad that she would be on here to scam ppl for $. She makes you think twice before purchasing again. I knew something was wrong when my request for the money was canceled (right away). I hope they can get ahold of her. Keep me updated on your end and I'll do the same!

leah_c @klaudia22 she's responding to my emails so I don't understand what's her problem. Unless she took the money out of PayPal. Her last respond was that she doesn't have the money to refund so idk. Um well... I don't have $55 just to spare... I wouldn't have just thrown my hard earn money away! That was my last purchase before I started saving for school! And your right makes me think twice about purchasing anything from here again. What's ur email dear I want to reference you in my paypal case so they know there are two cases out for her! She's a horrible person for that. And karma will get her!

klaudia22 @leah_c are you serious? She's dishonest and obviously doesn't care about other ppl. She's not doing us a favor! We just want her to do the right thing! She could refund your money for the fake boots & repost in here with the right description, I'm sure someone will buy them! And she needs to refund my $ for the boots I never received!!! I really really don't like people who scam hard working men and women like us. It's hard enough working in this society to have to worry about scammers like her. Terrible people. And yes of course I wanted to make sure u had your refund because I checked and she never responded to any of your messages. Should of known. But lesson learned and yes Karmas A BIT@H! misslindala @leah_c wow that's so messed up! I saw some really cute things on here but seeing this and the thought of this happening is just scary. I haven't purchased anything yet and this is mainly the reason why because of sketchy ppl. I'm not using Paypal or trading on her ever now lol Poshmark should certainly look into scams more often and have the ability to not release the money until the seller ships the item. I definitely reported and blocked her. It looks like she stopped using her account as well and is not selling anymore. The nerve of some people. 👎 @laurenmla @dianala beware guys!!!

jakeamom12 @misslindala this is the reason it's against Posh's policy to use PP.... They cannot enforce or try to get your money back if you don't buy through them! Also, when u purchase through Posh they will not release payment to seller until you have received and inspected item. That way if it is fake or unacceptable you can check the button for a refund and the buyer never gets paid! Always good to buy through Posh! Same with trades, they have no way to enforce if you didn't pay for something! It's sad that there are MANY scammers out there taking advantage of good people! Karma is a bitch.......

misslindala @jakeamom12 I'm new here so I don't quite know everything yet but what happens when you sell something to the buyer and they don't like what they received? Do they get the refund and ship the item back to the seller? Isn't that unfair? Also what if the buyer never submit that they did receive the item, will the seller still get paid? I read the PM faqs and it said that if the buyer doesn't submit that they received the item or not, after several days they'll release the funds. Is that correct?

jakeamom12 @misslindala I am not sure of everything, also quite new.... I believe if the buyer never accepts they will after a few days and confirm delivery release the money. They give the buyer a chance to to not accept. I don't think you can return item or get a refund unless you can prove its a fake or that what they sold you was not what they said they were selling you. They try very hard to protect both the buyer and seller! Unfortunately scammers make things hard on everybody, everywhere!

After almost 4 weeks I never received my boots and posh reimbursed me

Yes I moved from Jersey to Florida within a month of thinking it and having 2 helpers so don't go there.
