@malibuqt ... It's actually my back, i had a car accident that damaged my spine affecting my sciatica nerve and when I wear heels it aggravates it more. My pain level spikes. It will be officially 1 year of not wearing heels today!i kept trying but it only made matters worse 😞

@viiviiz yes they do but my problem is that I don't wear them enough. I'm always chasing after my 2 year old so I wear flats a lot. I wear my heels sometimes but when I take them off my feet get sore a lil. lol.
