I must have this bag (tote) and cannot find it anywhere. The bag was used in the TNT show, "The Closer"' for awhile QVC used to make and sell, but has not continued to make the bags, even though many are now begging them to do so! Please let me know if you have or know where it is! Thanks!!! But! Please don't find it for me then triple charge the price of it. That will be depressing! 😢😢

kmallen @joanneva Just wanted u to know that I also wanted this bag & found it at Wilson's Leather. It's been a couple months so don't know if its still avail, but it cost less than $75 then. Yeah, I'm a "Closer" lover also. Still watching reruns, & still sad that it ended😢. Good Luck!!

joanneva @kmallen thx, but the newest Wilson leather one that i found is not the same. When I looked online for it, the online gossip was that the Wilson leather one was same as. I just got one as gift and haven't used it yet. The shape is not right and I think Brenda's opens twice the size. Do you have the Wilson one? Maybe you have found different one than I did? I was gonna exchange the black one I just got for a pink one! I just saw someone with a pink one, so cute! I figured if I couldn't get the black one, that is exactly like Brenda's then I may as well get a pink one! Still watching reruns of the Closer now! Ha

joanneva @hotpantsrhoads qvc made the bag for awhile but stopped. The closer was a series on tv channel TNT for a number of years. Brenda was the main character who carried this bag. Brenda was played by kyra Sedgwick who is the wife of kevin bacon. If you google the closer bag, you can see the show information. I found one pretty close on amazon and have it, but it is not the exact bag that Brenda carried, so I would still like to have it!

joanneva @hotpantsrhoads thanks lots! Every once in awhile I do the search again, now with show off air and done, I doubt they will make another. Qvc made it couple years ago but no longer and no one seems to have any that are exactly the same. Thanks for the assist though !

nightflowers79 @joanneva The Purse Forum knows everything about bags. They said the wardrobe people for the show made the bag specifically for the character. That is why you are unable to find the identical tote, there isn't one. They said the QVC and Wilson's have look a likes, as did Furla. It sounds like you already know about the look a likes but the actual bag is not for sale, as it was created just for the show.

joanneva @nightflowers79 thanks for info. Actually qvc did make the exact bag for A while but then stopped. Wilson's leather advertised they had one but their bag is not even close to the closer. I was just hoping someone had purchased from qvc and then tired of it. I still look for this bag everywhere or a close equal. I have a dark brown leather one on here that is similar but not as big or as stiff. Perhaps I will find it still somewhere!
