This purse is pre-loved: like new condition. It is in excellent condition (as you can see in the pictures) There are no stains inside / no scratches on the canvas! It's always been stored with care in the dust bag. Leather trim & handles have only started to beautifully oxidize as they are supposed to, but their color is still very light. Supple & light weight leather, comfortable & adjustable shoulder strap, strong LV signatures including Inventeur metallic plate. Smoke free environment! (:

I'm really curious about how you saw this brand new in a store, my friend wanted to buy one brand new and called Louis Vuitton (866-VUITTON) and was told they are completely sold out online and in all stores since January and will no longer be getting anymore/ carrying this handbag anymore because the purse is now "retired" and they are no longer selling it.
