I've been in sales for 28 years & I love goal setting & completion as long as it stays friendly. As far as I know we are allowed to do giveaways & I would think that since the person who wins doesn't have to make a purchase that it is an overall good fun thing. In fact I have an announcement to make Im gathering all the names of the ppl who followed & participated and putting the names into a jar. I will draw a name monthly so that I can thank you for all you have done. Also I will be running give always & other fun contests so keep your eye out for those.Im still pretty new to Poshmark & have devoted a lot of time to my listings & interacting with all of you. As followers of my closet I will share the promos with you so you can rest assured you all who follow will be in the loop. over all I've only had positive things to say about the app & the community. With any community you get the good & the bad. Not to beat around the bush but I for some reason got really bad feeling recently this evening. I am extremely intuitive, a new Posher with whom I never knew existed til this evening. I was looking at my news & a user by the name of Jane Doe comes on my page & out of the clear blue sky tags a person with the poshmark organization. I immediately thought what's up? 1st of all I consider my closet my own personal space. Why would someone randomly with good intentions tag the App associates? I immediately thought maybe that a rule I was unaware of had been broken.i went through all worst case scenarios & couldn't come up with a problem. 1st of all there is a tracking system that anyone can follow to track names so that's not it. I own the give away prize so I can't figure out why I couldn't give it away. When the contest ends I will ask the winner to post a pic of them with their prize & put Irvin this post do you can all be sure I am giving it away as I said & you all will see very soon. If jane doe had anything positive to day she would of responded to my post. I asked her if something were wrong under her post as she did mine. She didn't answer & deleted her post. That only means one thing to me. This person for whatever reason is trying to stir the pot or else she wouldn't have ran. I didn't want all your hard work to get sabotaged by Jane Doe Bc I gave all of you my word & plan on keeping it. Since she didn't answer me if anyone knows of any reason why I can't do promos please let me know. If not let's all move on & sell and share some great fashion!
