mshansley @mali808 The measurements are in the picture listing. You roll it up to curl or set on rollers. Some say you can use very low heat to curl and some say not. So, I don't know about that but, you roll it for sure. The lower you place the wefts the longer it will be.

mshansley @mali808 I don't have any information about using a curling iron and I don't really recommend it. That is why I said I don't know. To be safe, use rollers instead.

mshansley @mali808 Hi! The hair is and all the wefts are 23 inches long so, yes it will be the length you see in the picture. You can use plastic rollers, try to roll up up dry first and if that does not give you the curls you want then put a little setting lotion on it. Lottabody is a good one to use especially the kind you don't have to dilute with water if you are not used to it. Spray a little on the hair roll it up with a plastic roller secure the roller so it will not fall out with a clip or bobby pin and let it air dry overnight. Sally's and other hair stores sell Lottabody or other setting lotions like Proclaim.
