Super cute vintage skirt can be worn high waist or lower whatever your preference. On tag it says a petite size 4 and I'm 5'1 and high waist goes a few inches above my knee. Colors are pink and navy. Ha elastic on the back and buttons on the side. Skirt has pockets but one of them is useless by the way the skirt was made since it is where the skirt buttons.
