saracurle @sarahsurvive I think it's confusing when I said 27-28 inches. That's actual waist size (right below the belly button b/c they are high waisted) If your really interested, I would measure yourself and see what size you are. I wear a 24 jean but when I measure my waist it's a 26.5. That's why I said these would be good for someone who wears a 25 or 26 in jeans. I'm only saying all this to be helpful, not pushy! I just want these cute shorts to be worn 😉
