TIBI NY Gown- PERFECT for PROM!

Such a beautiful dress and the perfect prom dress for a fashionable girl who doesn't like the "cupcake" look! ;) There is tie at the back that connects to a hook-and-eye closure between the shoulders (under the bow) that needs to be fixed, but the dress is obviously still wearable and although it pains me to sell it, I'm doing it an injustice by letting it sit in my closet!
