rrcoach1 They are very similar! The real one's zippy teeth are slightly larger, the inside color is darker, the real one isn't so gold and shiny the hardware is more dull. The stitching is a different color too. I have more photos showing more details but to someone who wouldn't know to look at these things would mistake a replica for an authentic.

rrcoach1 @dmonika24 Yes it did. Sadly it was a very high end replica with everything in the right place. I was taken for 150 dollars :( but hopefully this post will help someone when purchasing a preloved item. Thanks for your question!

rrcoach1 @dmonika24 that's exactly what my replica is like. Just a shade lighter, the red stamping is a shade lighter as well and the hardware is a shade shinier. I tried getting my money back paypal won't help me because I selected a "gift" purchase and poshmark won't help me because I didn't purchase though them. Definitely a lesson learned!

rrcoach1 @bbjadore Thank you! Yes they are almost identical. To someone who didn't look at these details it really does pass as an authentic. But side to side there is a difference. I do have more photos of stitching and so forth. If you start looking for this wallet and need them as reference just let me know. 😀

rrcoach1 @cicasi my advice is to just save up slowly and buy it from the store so there is no question where it came from. That's what I ended up doing.
