I did some research online and found this listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Diane-von-Furstenberg-ALICE-Bermuda-Blue-Pleated-Mini-Dress-sz-10-NWT-425-/221081669364 It's not for sale but it does have pictures of the original tag! It's called the Alice dress and the color is bermuda. Hope this helps! Let me know if you find it :)
