obediah I liked this. I sell all new merchandise and its amazing how many people offer 50% of what I have it listed at. I also agree on the mass tag. I only do mass tag when I put an item up for sale that people have clicked they liked. You should also add don't ask to hold if you know you are not going to buy or if a seller is kind enough to place an item on hold for you please let them know if you have changed your mind rather so this way the buyer can take it off reserve so that it can be sold to someone else.

girlfriendsgift @shiggins77 I know what you mean as I have had that happen to me before. What really drives me crazy is when you ask me to lower the price of things by more than 50%. Seriously everything in my closet is new merchandise and Posh takes 20%. There are times when I don't even want to respond to offers like that but I smile and just say sorry hun no can do. If it's okay with you @missholly760 I am going to copy this and post it in my closet. Just having it on my like does no good as no one can see it but me.

katheetee @missholly760 hey love I didn't want to comment on her listing so she can see but it took quite some time and the necklace I got from her was actually super glued which sucked bc I could have fixed it but now it has glue on it!! She included the matching earrings but it was extreme costume jewelry which isn't really my style but my daughter picked the necklace. It sad bc she writes that she's a Pastor!

For a example that upset me yesterday Listed many brand new items that sell for between 8-10$ each and I grouped them in groups of 4 for 20$ thinking that was fair it was half off and I stated that if u wanted just one it would be $7. So I get a comment that said $12 for 8$ and I answered back no that is to low and the response was my final and highest offer is $15 for 8$ i(when the total price I was asking for eight of them was $40. I am trying not to name the item because I don't want it to appear that I am advertising here. But anyway it bothered me day yesterday and I check other posh pages to see if I was pricing things to high and I was lower than the price others were selling that were not brand new. I was up all night wondering if it was mean of me to not take her offer so I wrote a comment about it to her and asked her if the items were on her page and she paid the money that I paid and I offered her that price would she have said yes? And I never heard back but why don't people just stop and think if I were to accept $15 and then posh got 20% why would I bother taking the pictures and answering the questions .Please tell me I am right . 2. I constantly have people just put a comment about what she is selling right in the middle of me going back and fourth with Someone and it is just like saying to my customers what ate you doing here when I have better to sell am I wrong for letting that upset me and I never say anything back but it happens so much. 3. How about after you take the time set up and listing and give all the info and the first comment is TRADE ??!??? And I look on her page and there is maybe 2 things that in my entire life I have not needed. I have not been replying to anyone that just says TRADE???? How about hi you have a nice closest anything ?? 4. I also get people that want a picture of every single inch of a pair of shoes that are $8 they want side view upside down frontwards and then can I model them when first the price was still on them they were brand new and they were children's shoes 5. I have met some beautiful people hear on posh and I did it to help my little girl keep her horse she is 11 and has been riding since she was 3 and I can't work due to illness so I am struggling to pay the board for the horse and for her lessons so I had so much stuff that wasn't being used and things I make and I thought that this would work and help but sometimes it cost me money to mail things that someone said they have a bottom line price they will pay for shipping no matter what the weight is so I end up paying the shipping . I love everyone that I have had great experiences with talking to but I feel like I just got done setting up for a garage sale and nobody showed up. I am just curious if it is just me that feels this way? I know most people sell their things and it works out for them but it isn't for me . 5. How do I even decide on a price to list something when I know no matter what I list it for I am going to just get low offers ? 6. I am not sure if you have this on your list but does anyone agree that if you sell something and wrap it pretty include a card and say Ty and even include a little something , shouldn't it be common manners to acknowledge that they received it and at least comment ? Or is that not to be expected? And last if someone is tired or has troubled seeing and makes a mistake and puts the wrong price up for something and it is marked way to low so you fix it and I got questioned as if I was scamming or playing games , I guess what I want to know is . Is it ok to change the price on something that nobody has even commented about and make it the correct price which would be a little higher ? But when I lower the prices nobody says a word. I won't go on and on and I am sorry I just want to know if I am doing things wrong I am trying to be fair and very nice to people but I have been feeling like I am doing everything wrong . All of you that have commented and posted on this has really made me think maybe it isn't me . Really Nancy,if You have ever had the misfortune to read my stuff,You are a novice compared to me,and,only because I'm real old and You aren't. I did write a letter telling them,that this is like a Capitalistic Government,Poshmarkeries, and I will list it how I think it, starting with US. We here,as most All here are only here to earn money for others,not in a Good Way,A Bad Way, and, I said what we all know or have known,Knowing You guys,the Poshies, are making All Their money on Us,the low priced,more personalized, true blue caring that tends to boggle the mind,keeping those totally worthwhile relationships, and We get screwed over as well. My first order I sent,I lost tons of money on,the bag was nice,a few marks,but,I knew that,like me,We All want others to Like us,Truthfully I might add,following,sharing,Searching, just to keep a Smile on another's face. I almost Purchased something low priced,that's all I can do, but,the shipping cost more than item. What the Heck!!!, they wouldn't be here if not for us,the people that keep things going,and even more going,and,the Parliament will make the money,and,We get screwed,even kept at our level,keep packing in the buyers with money that We should be earning. Nevertheless,teasing You to buy,not like it sounds,rephrasing it, they want the little people to pay for them,not right. What a concept though,I paid $5.06 extra postage to send my first sale. I had if it fits,it ships, anyway,someone is not only making the money for the purchases,but,is using us All to the tune of a twitter,more of a Facebook thingy, just crazy,All of us together could leave here with the same,so called initiatives,and create a place of Socializing, buying,I expensive, even high end has its limits. But,we are the economy in which we live, Now,it's time to get Rid of the termites,eating us blind,and,pursue a way to keep Us together, we are All in charge,to a degree. We would govern our own space, % twenty.. WHAT!!! Any way,just trying to punk us up (pump) us up... I feeling very tired, only a bit of "Under the Influence"! Kinda thing NO!!! Just something,an issue I'm having with them, too bad too,there was a really Sweet Gal here,I LOVED Her listing, almost bought it,and realized the shipping was more that the listing... Who the frick needs that!?!?!? They are making money by overcharging shipping costs,remember, they buy the label. Tell You All What, they are BAMBOOZLERS!!! We just keep going on, getting the same old thing,nothing, as itS "ALL THEY WANTED,Ever" and they are doing a great,Conniving job scamming us. How much easier to take the item next door to a consignment store,Do Nothing, No packaging,no worries if there is a stain or something, or, rushing to get a Heartfelt Thank You,Because We Do Care about one another. I feel sorry if anyone here sells something that may not be authentic, it spreads like wildfire,and then,We stay customers to those deals that,if it is,I only paid this for it, I'm fine. Then everyone looks for a higher priced one, and, We see this and start believing in the higher priced ones are the only authentic ones,Authentic??? It doesn't matter if it is or not,the higher,middle prices We go for, these high priced items,must have to be,Well,it better be,as if POSHMARKERS FIGURE something out there, With no other recognized features,anything solid Sterling is authentic... methiie Good thing you post this! It is better that people should respect each other here. I really don't like it that they advertise their stuff in my closet or tell me that they got the same stuff with a lower price when i got my item way back or in the other country.
