NIB REDUCED again Vans neon orange and black sz 5

These Vans are new in the box. They have never been worn. These were bought for my little brother, but they were too small on him and we ever got around to returning them. They are black with neon orange shoe strings. They also come with black shoe strings. They have a grey, black and orange checkered print on the side of the shoe. They are a size 5 youth.
