@yanethm Users negotiate through email all of the time to discuss PM transactions. The reason is due to people reading previous conversations and assuming all comments, deals or negotiations apply to all. Price fluctuates due to need, want, bundling, previous purchases/buyer seller history, an already planned trip to the post office...ect. Do some research before you make rude accusations. Oh and good luck on PM-you'll need it.
