musepittsburgh I'm so sorry to hear that! I can totally relate. I've been unemployed since 2009 because GM closed Saturn 😞 I'm 34 and went back to school. I have a crap load of student loan debt and still no job! I figured I could start selling some stuff to start paying at least the interest on my loans. Our economy is horrible. Good luck girl! 🍀

tschatz if you are crafty, try making an etsy account. you can make custom hair ties and accessories and people buy them. or anything thats artsy. paintings, t shirts, anything. I could not work for 2 years due to extremely high risk pregnancies and that's what I did before I knew about poshmark. I hope this helps a little!

tschatz I made hair clips and head bands. If you go to a craft store and buy fake flowers or feathers and beads, you can get basic headbands and hair clips from the dollar store. You'll spend maybe $15 and be able to make $80 in products. It cost me about $1.50-$2.00 to make each item and I sold them for $5-$8 depending on how detailed they were and it was great because it helped bring in money and also kept me occupied.

piecesofjen Gosh, I wish they're were "like" buttons as they're are n FB, as there are so many beautiful comments on here! The kindness and generousity of other poshers is so amazing and heartfelt. Lauren you've done such a great job with your closet and have been continually supportive of me, encouraging me in building my own, helping me deal with the last hurtful and mean-spirited comments I received by another posher (who is still harassing me via email) that I cannot thank you enough. I think this closet is testimony to the fact you possess acute abilities to organize, follow-through and commit to a project; all trais would be desirable to any employer. In fact, I think you should mention how you built this closet and the dedicated followers you've collected in any interview. I've found it's akin to building your own small business. It takes, passion, hard work and organization skills to do so! Know you're continually in my prayers and thought. Work will come soon, I know this! Or you could ask the posher on my listings who seems to be psychic for she "knows I have multiple personalities." Haha, thought that would make you laugh! I commented on the bundle and am ready to buy, just had a few questions I opted under the pants listing :)
