Royal blue and silk that can either be worn strapless or as a halter (comes with thin removable strap that goes around the neck) Dress zips on the side with boning at inseams. The tops lining along with pick ups in skirt give the dress an asymmetrical look! I Bought to wear for a USAF Ball and never went! Dress measurements: 34.5' bust, 27inches where bodice meets skirt, 18' in length from where skirt meets top (shorter side right) 21' in length (left). Such a classy and fun dress!
