Cream and black lace dress/tunic

Black and cream lace top. Bought from another Posher - worn once. It's a bit too short as a dress unless you are under 5'2. Needed a dress not a top. 29" for the nude lining and 31 1/1 for the full length. No stains no rips. Bought as a S but can fit M. Tag was cut.
