jgaitan @glitzandbeauty it needs to be hemmed at the bottom because it got a small tear at the bottom while I was wearing. It's on the very bottom so it can be easily fixed(:

jgaitan @glitzandbeauty you wouldn't be able to tell from a picture... It's not a hole. All the dress needs is to be hemmed about an inch from the bottom and it will be perfect. It's just that someone stepped on my dress while I was dancing so it the very very bottom got a tear

jgaitan @drishtiw I would have to wait till the weekend. I'm living at my college dorms so I go home on weekends. And my dress is at home. What I can tell you however is that I am 5'4 and the dress fits perfectly with 3 inch heels. As in it touched the floor just slightly when I'm wearing heels. And I am a size S/M for tops.
