kayduhh @panda711 no I think it would be fine for a medium. And it wouldn't be too lose for your chest at all I think It would be a good fit especially because its elastic on top so it's more forming to whatever chest size you are

kayduhh @panda711 the elastic measures at 15' before stretching and the waist measures at 18' so as far as your fit I think you'll be fine :)

kayduhh @tlt1203 it doesn't run big but it does fit many sizes because the top part is elastic and the colored part is flowy and not form fitting but that part doesn't stretch. I would say this dress is best for a large to an extra large sizes 12/14/16. I was between a 14/16 in the picture that you can see:) I hope that helps love
