@xrimmie , @mihaela - WOW,this is quite an accusation. This bag is 100 Percent Authentic and purchased from Southpark Mall LV Store in Charlotte, NC. The only way this bag would ever be returned would be a letter on LV Letterhead stating the bag is not authentic. As far as the Dust bag is concerned, it is one of their new ones made. It was given to me personally, as a gift for being a great customer . The sales rep suggested the bag be stored a certain way and offered me a larger dust bag for storage purposes. Please provide qualifications If you are a authenticator of Louis Vuitton.

Monday morning I got up at 4am to go to work, the lock was already on the bag, when I grabbed the keys I didn't check the lock. I was rushing because I wanted to mail to you as I promised that day.
