@coachmama your right their should be police patrol :-), it's my sad experience, because when I purchase this bag that day I'm a new member of pm. Taking advantage. This person is no longer here in pm but she might come back and use different name. I reported it, when PayPal receive this certification they said to destroy the bag. Not to return the item to the seller.

@contrail yes totally fake I have proven now sis, she contacted PAYPAL and told them, I have to return the bag. PayPal called me telling me to return the and I said no because the bag is fake and their is certificate saying its real fake. She maybe victimized more for selling fake bags. I will destroy it.

I'm not an expert but I've several authentic myself and you can easily tell a fake one in person:) I'm sorry you went through all this trouble but I'm glad you got your money back !:)

I was just so excited that day to purchase this bag because she show me a very nice pic. And looking authenthic when I get the mail and open it omg I have a feeling its fake that's why I posted it

I just left a comment on a girl that was posting and telling about a girl doing trades and never sending the goods after receiving the items. i said to her about karma.. How sorry i was that it happened to her..Well,some one else told me about the girl that posted the add.. Saying..Be careful with this girl cuz she's a scammer herself. I bought a bag on pp for 150 and she ver sent it. I just filed a claim.. WHAT??? Lol!! I said.. Read the KARMA MESSAGE HUN!! You see!! There you go.. Its just a matter of time before someone gets you.

I recently was given a bag from a friend it's coach and its a bit to expensive for my taste I just don't feel right carrying it around right now. I put it up for auction but I'm worried that it may not be real either and I would feel horrible to misrepresent it. How can I tell? Hi! I didn't want to comment on the actual page because I didn't want to upset the seller. But, by just looking at these pics it seems to be authentic. I actually have the exact same bag! The date code given is legit, but I would still ask for an actual picture of it. The date code given means that the bag was Made in France during the 23rd week of the year 2007. So, if authentic just know that the bag is at least 6 years old and if so it looks like its in great condition. If I were you, I'd request that they email you more detailed pictures of the outside zipper tags and pulls(the tops and underneath of them both), the lock and keys, a picture of the actual date code and the complete inside. Feel free to email me any further pics at snsord77@gmail.com to help. Without more detailed pics I can't be 100% certain of its authenticity, but with those pics I can give you an absolute yes or no in authenticity 😊

@reymarmarc everything I see on pictures and embossed stamped is clearly authentic. However, to make it knock off is about the code they put it perpendicular line which usually LV uses Horizontal Line..I hope it helps sis some point on how to spot fake and real..there are techniques on how to see from zipper, lining, codes and etc hehe..salamat nman PayPal refunded your money👍😍

Louis Vuitton
Contrary to popular belief, Louis Vuitton handbags (excluding luggage and rare limited edition pieces) do not have serial numbers. Rather, Louis Vuitton handbags have "date codes" stamped either on interior tags or directly on the interior linings. These date codes simply serve to identify the manufacturing location and date for a Louis Vuitton handbag, not to verify it's authenticity. With the exception of early handbags (early 1980s and older), date codes can be found on all Louis Vuitton handbags and other items made by the luxury brand (e.g. sunglasses).
Most date codes are a combination of letters and numbers. The letters indicated the country in which the item was made while the numbers indicate the month/year of the production date. The format of the date codes are as follows:
Prior to early 1980s. No date codes.
Early 1980s. Three or four numbers with the first two numbers representing the year and last number(s) representing the month. E.g. "836" would indicate a manufacturing date of June, 1983.
Early to late 1980s. Three or four numbers followed by two letters with the first two numbers representing the year, the next number(s) representing the month and the last two letters representing the country (see right sidebar for factory location codes). E.g. "874VX" would indicate a manufacturing date of May, 1987 and factory location in France. Late in the 1980s, the letters representing the factory location came before the three or four numbers representing the manufacturing date.
1990 to 2006. Two letters followed by four numbers with the first two letters representing the factory location, the first and third numbers representing the month and the second and forth numbers representing the year. For example, “VI1025” would indicate a factory location in France and a manufacturing date of December, 2005.
2007 and newer. Two letters followed by four numbers with the first two letters representing the factory location, the first and third numbers representing the week of the year, and the second and forth numbers representing the year. For example, “SD2057” would indicate a factory location of USA and a manufacturing date of the 25 week (or May) of 2007
Keep in mind that the fact that an item has a date code does not guarantee that it's authentic since many counterfeit items have date codes. A valid and properly stamped date code is just one of many parameters that are checked to guarantee the authenticity of a Louis Vuitton handbag.

Authentic Handbags with No Date Code?
Authentic Louis Vuitton handbags with alcantara linings may have date codes that are very hard to read or have disappeared altogether. This is sometimes the case for older bags or if the bags have had their linings cleaned.

Authentic Chanel handbags from the mid 1980s on come with authenticity cards embossed with a serial number (pictured on right). The serial number matches the serial number appearing on a sticker placed somewhere within the handbag’s interior lining. The serial number sticker has Chanel logos and was protected by a clear tape with hologram security feature from approximately 2000-on. The sticker, Chanel logo, and hologram design varied with the manufacturing date:
