anegativecreep @orchidzombie well if the buyer says it isn't as described then posh refunds them and sends it back to you, and they only cover shipping on the first one, then they charge you $6.99 for that returned item's shipping! It's horrible:(

shelby5556 I'm sorry you had such a bad experience!! Posh does have your back when we can provide proof. As a seller we have to keep well documented proof of the condition and authenticity of the item shipped until payment is released. I had a buyer ask for my email and she accused me of selling her a fake Fendi. I emailed Posh & they wanted proof it was authentic but I'd mailed her all the proof when I sold it to her so all I could send them were the photos. They had the bag authenticated, apologized to me and warned her not to do that again. Now I check out my buyers first.

susankennedy01 Thanks for the warning you sent to me about this scamming person. Yep, she got me, too. This was my first sale on here and I think I'm just going to close shop. If I ever ship anything again I'm going to video the item and packing process for proof.
