yvonne_michelleI've called the last post office my package was at on 9/19 and they say it was sent my way but have no record of it. I asked for the protocol of these situations and they said to give it a few more days then if nothing is found to contact my seller and you will need to talk with the post office as the package was insured. Hopefully it comes bc if not it takes 30-60 days to process a complaint.

lian@sheliab1 its a thin chain but it's sturdy. I've never had a complaint of it breaking or snapping. And yes, it can be tucked in.
