Black and white strapless dress - BEAUTIFUL!

Fun and flirty, black and white cocktail dress. I wore to my rehearsal dinner and it was perfect! Size 4, but I am almost always a 2 in dresses (this brand must run a tad small). Strapless and the skirt has a tulle lining to give it some flowy movement. Gathered sweetheart neckline. Zips up the back. Excellent condition, only wore 1 time for just a few hours!
