tasheenaturner @tht1grl the dress is 3% spandex so the waist is stretchy, but it doesn't have elastic built into the waist.

tasheenaturner @missymooer it runs smaller than a large but I think it would be too big for a 4. It wouldn't be as much a body-con dress, it fits me snug, I'm a small on top but an 8 on bottom....
