Arden B. Black and White Dress - Small

This adorable black Arden B. polyester dress has white accents around the neck and sleeves with a banded bottom. There is a cut out in the center for cleavage about 4 inches long. The middle of the dress, around your belly, is loose and comfortable. Because of this, the dress can be pulled down or up for your desired length.
